THE 411
Sabine Singh was born in New York to the daughter of an Indian Maharaja father and an Austrian beauty queen mother. As a child, she enjoyed both dancing and acting. Singh attended the University of Michigan, but soon found herself back in New York at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. There, she concentrated on acting. Acting led her to London, where she studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, the Stella Adler Conservatory, Playwrights Horizons, the British American Drama Academy and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Upon returning to America, Sabine acted in numerous movies, including The Anarchist Cookbook, Maryam, Someone Like You, and Say You Love Satan. She also guest-starred on many popular television shows, including LAS VEGAS, CSI: NY, DAWSON'S CREEK, LAW & ORDER and THE SOPRANOS.
Sabine loves acting for television, but she also loves theater. She was a founding resident company member of Jim Simpson's and Mac Wellman's award-winning The Flea Theater in TriBeCa. She also appeared in the off-Broadway production of The Gold Standard.
Now splitting her time between New York, Los Angeles and London, Sabine is very close with her family, including her sister, Schandra, an artist. She is an active member of The Art of Living Foundation and The International Association of Human Values.

SABINE SAYS...
"The first thing I would say is I have so much respect for the people that work in daytime. I am shocked and blown away. It's really nice to feel settled and see the same people." — Soap Opera Weekly, 7/3/07
"If I had watched Rebecca [Budig, Greenlee], I would have wanted to imitate her, and then it would have just been me imitating someone else's take on a character as opposed to me coming to it with fresh eyes."— Weekly, 7/3/07
"Greenlee, for the past two months, will not shut up about Ryan, and every time I have to say how much I love him, it's got to be new and fresh."— Weekly, 7/3/07
YOU SHOULD HEAR WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT YOU!
"I'm just really glad they found the right person. I just taped my first scenes with her and I felt really good about them. I think people will really like Sabine."— Cameron Mathison, soapoperaweekly.com
"Sabine is putting her own take on Greenlee, not doing an imitation of Rebecca, which I really like, but she's got that same snappiness; she's gonna be a great bitch!"— Alicia Minshew (Kendall, AMC), soapoperaweekly.com
