At the Crane mansion, "Gertrude" was in a bad mood as Gwen and Ethan toasted to their plan to renew their vows. Gwen, however, was completely hammered. Theresa vowed to stop them from remarrying. She was thrilled when Gwen had Gert measure Ethan for a tux — and he took off his shirt. Gwen was surprised when she walked in and found them together, flirting. She assured herself that Ethan would never be interested in the unattractive nanny. Gertrude particularly enjoyed herself measuring Ethan's "inseam."

Pilar planned to get herself and her family out of town before Juanita found them.... Juanita found a photo of Luis wearing his Harmony police uniform, and hoped she could enlarge the photo to read the town's name. She took out a magnifying glass and managed to read it. She and her goon then took off for Harmony. Juanita was giddy with happiness at the thought that Pilar and her family would finally be dead — because it wasn't like she already had several opportunities to kill them and didn't, or anything.

At the hospital, Sam was devastated as he came upon Ivy's unconscious body, after Viki stabbed her with a syringe. Sam realized Ivy was alive and implored Eve to save her. Eve managed to revive her, but Ivy couldn't recall who attacked her. Sam mentioned Vincent being alive and vowed to make him pay.... Julian and Eve wondered what Vincent was up to. Vincent lurked around the hospital. When he spied Esme, he thought, "I wonder which one of us has slept with more men. Probably she has. I've been so busy ruining lives and killing people." Esme worried about how Viki was holding up with all of the violence, but Viki assured her aunt that she was okay. Later, Vincent cornered Viki in a hospital closet and accused her of killing Alistair and injuring Julian. Viki owned up to it. Vincent proposed that they team up for a murdering spree. "I'm a psycho and you're a sociopath. If that isn't a match made in Murderville, I don't know what is," he explained.... Julian wished he and Eve could find their way back to each other, and that Vincent would get help.

Meanwhile, Luis and Fancy and Kay and Miguel discussed Alistair's death, Ivy's stabbing and Sheridan getting pushed over the falls. Fancy mentioned Vincent being alive. Kay recalled Tabitha's prediction about evil coming to Harmony. Later, Pilar suggested to them that they all take a trip together, but Luis and Miguel didn't want to leave town. Kay supported Pilar's idea, but no one else wanted to leave their families behind. Desperate, Pilar through a hissy fit, complaining that her sons never want to do what she does. She invited Kay and Fancy over for some "girl time," hoping she could convince them that they needed to leave. Pilar finally revealed to them that Juanita was after them.

At the Crane mansion, Gwen asked "Gertrude" to call the printer about invitations for Gwen and Ethan's vow-renewal ceremony. Theresa again vowed to stop the wedding. After, Gwen gave Ethan a list of numbers to call, including the caterer and videographer. Gwen insisted that he go downstairs so she could take care of something with Gertrude. Gwen then showed the nanny her surprise: she wanted Gert to help her choose her wedding gown. Theresa, however, suggested that Gwen take her time to get married, rather than rush into it. Gwen replied that she felt she had to rush to make sure Ethan is hers — and that he's forgotten about Theresa. When Gwen stepped out, Theresa imagined herself wearing the dress and being the one to marry Ethan. In her fantasy, Luis was officiating the wedding and was wearing his police uniform. Gwen objected, but then fantasy Theresa shot her nemesis dead. (How romantic!) "You were saying?" asked fantasy Theresa, as everyone continued on with the wedding. Soon, Theresa snapped out of her fantasy and returned to Gertrude mode. Ethan returned and Gwen declared her love for him. Theresa turned away as they kissed. After, Ethan asked Gert what he should get Gwen as a gift; the nanny suggested he plan a day at the spa. Ethan recalled how he and Theresa had once taken a spa day and it was one of the best days of his life. Gertrude wondered what he'd do if Theresa returned, noting that most of Harmony's residents have been presumed dead at one time or another, and have turned out to be alive. Ethan admitted that he has a feeling Theresa is alive, but is trying to be realistic. He also confessed that if Theresa were there, he'd leave Gwen to be with her.

Tabitha was pleased that Miguel was out with Kay, meaning she could practice her magic in peace. She hoped she could find a way to keep the impending doom from reaching Harmony, and recited a spell. Some smoke appeared and swirled around the magic bowl, and the Book of Disasters began to glow. Tabitha tried another spell...which only made the book glow even brighter. Tabitha asked it to show her the new evil in town, but stepped away to get the door. It then showed Juanita's face. When Tabby returned, it stopped showing the image.

Juanita and her goon arrived in Harmony and checked into a hotel. She was furious about a comment the desk clerk made and ranted to her goon about it. However, she went to see if the clerk knew anything about Pilar. "I hate my life," sighed the poor goon when Juanita stepped out. Juanita returned with news that Pilar's son and fiancée lived in some "old woman's house." Later, she put together a disguise so no one would recognize her, which consisted of a wig shaped like a black bob and huge bug-eye sunglasses. (In other words, she looked like Katie Holmes.) She decided to call herself "Amelia Hernandez."

Meanwhile, Pilar told Fancy and Kay the truth about her past with Juanita, and how she'd killed Juanita's rapist husband in self-defense. Kay and Fancy were horrified that Pilar had to go through such an awful ordeal. Pilar explained that she hadn't yet told her sons the truth because she was afraid they'd try to take on Juanita themselves — and fail. They were interrupted by Luis and Miguel, who wondered what the ladies were discussing. When the suspicious guys stepped away, the women quickly brainstormed on how to get them to leave town. Kay and Fancy came up with a plan, but didn't tell Pilar the details. At home, Fancy told Luis that she thought Pilar's idea for a trip was a good one. She then slipped into some lingerie and pleaded with him. Suddenly, Luis was more eager to leave town. Over at Tabitha's, Kay tried a similar tactic with Miguel, using sex to get her way. Both guys were so desperate to get some, they agreed to give up work and their other commitments and go away as soon as possible. Uh, good work, ladies?

Tabitha did another spell to keep the evil away. Meanwhile, Juanita and her goon went to leave their room and were met with a magic force field. Juanita basically scolded it — seriously — and the force field disappeared. "This new evil is stronger than I thought," Tabitha concluded. Later, "Mrs. Hernandez" stopped by Tabitha's home.

Juanita, disguised as "Amelia Hernandez," paid Tabitha a visit. Tabby invited her in and was pleased when Mrs. Hernandez complimented the décor. The witch was surprised when Juanita asked if she could rent a room, noting that not many people actually move to Harmony. Juanita then said that she's heard of Pilar and questioned Tabby about the Lopez-Fitzgeralds. Tabitha filled her in on all the L-F gossip. Later, Juanita offered to purchase Tabby's home. Tabitha was surprised, but agreed to sell. Juanita asked to be introduced to all the neighbors — starting with the L-Fs, of course.

Meanwhile over at the Crane manse, Theresa filled in Pilar on how Ethan had told "Gertrude" he'd be with Theresa over Gwen (if he knew Theresa were alive). Theresa refused to leave town with Pilar because she wanted to keep Gwen from Ethan. Later, Pilar got a call from an alive Carmelita, who survived Juanita's attempt to kill her. Carmelita warned Pilar that Juanita found the photo of Luis and is probably on her way to Harmony. Pilar was hysterical when Theresa still insisted on staying put.

Kay and Fancy continued to use sex as a tool to control Miguel and Luis, respectively. They basically threatened to withhold sex unless their men agreed to leave town with them and Pilar. Nice to know the women's movement is alive and well in Harmony! Anyway, Fancy was furious when Luis stated that he need to stay in town to find Vincent. "You're choosing your job over wild sex with me?" she asked. "Well good luck with that. I hope your badge keeps you warm at night ‹ or maybe Vincent will. It worked for Chad. No one catches criminals in this town. I can be old and gray by the time we go." Ha — and ouch! Fancy then named a country she hoped she'd visit on the trip because she thought the men were hot there.... Miguel suggested he and Kay wed before they left, but she refused. He demanded to know why she really wants to go on the trip. Kay and Fancy finally told them the truth, that they were in danger. The four met up so they could discuss their escape from town.

Viki and Vincent went to Eve's home. Vincent showed his new murderous pal the board he made containing photos of the people he intends to kill. He was happy to have Viki along for the ride. They went through each person citing why he or she deserved to be murdered. Fun! Vincent wisely pointed out that they should off everyone in one place. You know, for efficiency's sake. Vincent suggested they do the mass killings at the upcoming weddings.
