Tabitha suggested they cast a spell to bring Theresa and Pilar back, but Kay insisted they abide by their agreement with Miguel to not use magic any more. Kay asked Tabitha about organ music she started to hear. Tabitha explained the organ music is a warning that someone is going to die. Kay was annoyed when Tabitha couldn't tell her WHO was going to die. Worried at death being on their doorstep, Kay joined Tabitha in her stress-relieving ritual. Kay then heard the sound of a shovel digging dirt and the dirt hitting something. Tabitha said it's the sound of a grave being dug and dirt hitting the coffin. Kay finally passed out from the anxiety. When she regained consciousness she was happy to see that all the sounds she was hearing had stopped. Kay asked Tabitha if that was a good sign. Tabitha told Kay that unfortunately death is really coming, she's just not sure to whom. Just then a map of Mexico materialized on their wall, and then a pot of flowers died. Tabitha said someone is definitely dying in Mexico. Kay debated whether to break her promise with Miguel and use her magic to save him and his family before it's too late.

Luis, Miguel and Ethan reviewed the file on Juanita during their flight to Mexico. The three tried to rest before they landed. During his nap, Miguel had a champagne-filled fantasy about returning to Kay. Meanwhile, Ethan dreamed about his own amorous reunion with Theresa with lots of candlelight, while Luis daydreamed a simpler — but still happy — reunion with Fancy. All three men's fantasies culminated in them making love to their women. After their fantasies concluded, the three sketched out their game plan on what to do when they land.

Juanita's henchman brought Pilar to Juanita, who promised Pilar she'd finally get the punishment she deserved. The henchman told Juanita that Theresa escaped, which infuriated Juanita. Theresa eavesdropped from the patio outside, determined to rescue her mother. Juanita demanded to know Theresa's whereabouts, but Pilar refused to cooperate, challenging Juanita to take her life. Juanita promised Pilar she won't rest until Pilar's entire family is wiped out. Juanita brandished a taser and threatened to use it on Pilar if she didn't start cooperating. When Pilar challenged Juanita to "Do her worst," Theresa exclaimed "No." Juanita heard something and sent her henchman outside to investigate the noise. When Theresa heard the sound of the taser, she gave herself away and the henchman captured her. Theresa broke free, stormed into the house and wrestled the taser from Juanita. Theresa zapped Juanita and the the henchman and prepared to flee with Pilar when Juanita drew her gun on them. Theresa lunged forward and zapped Juanita again and then ran off with Pilar. Theresa and Pilar escaped to the docks. Theresa said she was going to fetch a boat. Pilar urged Theresa not to come back for her, but Theresa promised she would and swam out to get the boat. When Pilar collected herself, she spotted a sign on the dock warning about sharks in the water. As Theresa swam closer to the boat, a shark could be seen swimming around her. Meanwhile Juanita and her henchman armed themselves with an arsenal of weapons and prepared to hunt down Theresa and Pilar.

Esme tried to figure out who stabbed Rebecca, while Sam asked Julian if he'd be willing to risk his own life to capture the killer. Sam said he'd do anything to catch his son's killer, and he warned Julian to keep their plan a secret. Sam and Julian shared their plan for Esme, who feared for Julian's safety. Julian felt confident that the plan would work.

Pretty woke up Fancy to see if Fancy remembered any of her behavior that night, including trying to seduce Noah. Fancy had no recollection. Noah and an angry Paloma barged in, demanding answers. "You bitch!" Paloma seethed. Fancy struggled to explain but couldn't remember anything. She apologized to Paloma and said she doesn't know why she did any of those things. Noah tried to reason with Paloma, who would have none of it. "Why would I marry you, Noah? I hate you," she declared.

In Mexico, Luis, Ethan and Miguel split up to find Juanita and Theresa. The trio then regrouped and shared the info they found so far. Meanwhile, Juanita and her henchman set off in search of Pilar and Theresa. Luis, Ethan and Miguel discovered Juanita's home and found Theresa's watch on the floor, along with some sand. They concluded that they must be at the wharf. Theresa swam into shark-infested waters on her way to the boat. She managed to climb aboard, but the sharks rocked the boat. Theresa beat back the sharks with her oar, started the boat and sped toward the dock. She returned to shore and collected Pilar. The two boarded the boat and Theresa drove out into the harbor, where the boat stalled. The sharks swam around them until Theresa managed to start it up again. Luis spotted them from the wharf with his binoculars. At another part of the wharf Juanita took aim at Pilar and Theresa's boat with her rifle. She took a shot but missed. Juanita then whipped out her rocket launcher, took aim, and made a direct hit on the vessel. "Vengeance is mine," Juanita boasted.

Vincent arrived home for his gynecological exam from Eve, who was drowning her sorrows in booze. He claimed so long as Eve does exactly as he tells her, everyone in Harmony will continue to live. Eve reluctantly performed the GYN exam. Vincent asked if is childbirth is painful. Eve said without anesthesia it's excruciating. Vincent asked if he could be given a spinal for the pain, but Eve didn't think so because of his/her "complicated" anatomy. She gave Vincent the good news that his baby and pregnancy seem to be okay, but she admonished Vincent for the twisted life his baby is going to face. Vincent warned her that Julian can never learn the truth. Eve resumed the exam to do some swabs to send to the lab. Just then Julian knocked on the door. Vincent warned Eve that he'll kill Julian if Julian discovers his secret.

Vincent and Eve hid from Julian, hoping he wouldn't discover them and Vincent's secret. Julian kept knocking on the door demanding that Eve let him in. Vincent suspected that Julian saw him and wanted to kill him, but Eve begged Vincent to give her the chance to find out for sure. Vincent hid while Eve let Julian in. Julian insisted he knew Eve's secret. Eve was scared that he had seen Vincent, but Julian pointed to her bottle of booze on the table. "You're just out of rehab and you're drinking AGAIN?!" Julian questioned. Eve became hysterical with laughter, relieved that Julian hadn't seen Vincent after all. Eve's laughter further perplexed Julian, who heard a noise in the pantry and demanded to know who was inside. When Julian forced the door open Valerie appeared. Valerie explained she was in the pantry searching for booze, and the bottle of Scotch on the table was Eve's proof that she's strong enough to withstand the temptation. After Julian left, Eve resumed drinking and Valerie reverted to Vincent.

Gwen boarded her plane to Mexico to find Ethan before he finds out that she and Rebecca were blackmailing Theresa. As she traveled, Gwen promised God she'd be a better person once she got Ethan back. She daydreamed about Ethan confronting her about her deception, and walking out on her. Gwen's anxiety level rose as her worst-case scenario played out in her daydreams.

In Mexico, Juanita shot her rocket launcher and destroyed Pilar and Theresa's boat, as Luis, Ethan and Miguel looked on in horror. Juanita spotted a body floating in the water among the wreckage with her binoculars. When she looked closer she saw Luis and Ethan swimming out to the wreckage. Then she spotted a still-alive Pilar. Juanita was furious and took more shots at Pilar with her rifle. Juanita's efforts were hampered by all the smoke in the air, however. Just as Juanita got a clear shot on Pilar, Miguel arrived and drew his pistol on Juanita.

Back in Harmony, Kay worried about Miguel's life when she thought back to the warnings of death the dark side brought her. Kay went to look inside Tabitha's magic bowl but it was dry, so Kay decided to refill it. In the bowl Kay saw Juanita and Miguel facing off with their guns drawn. Miguel was distracted by the sound of gunfire as Ethan and Luis shot at the sharks out in the water. Juanita's henchman overpowered Miguel and Juanita prepared to shoot him. Kay cast a spell that sent a green ring of light and smoke, which encircled Juanita and her heavy. The green smoke scared off Juanita's thug and jammed her gun. Miguel reclaimed his pistol and tied up Juanita with rope. Meanwhile, Ethan and Luis made their way to Pilar but continued to search for Theresa as the sharks regrouped. When Kay tried to empty the bowl, green smoke slipped out and materialized in the form of a demon. Luis took Pilar back to shore while Ethan continued searching for Theresa. Back on the docks, Luis and Miguel performed CPR on Pilar as Juanita watched. Gwen arrived and spotted an unconscious Pilar on the docks while Ethan swam among the sharks. Juanita became enraged when Pilar came to.
