Julian visited Eve in the hospital's rehab center. Julian believed that she was having nightmares of Vincent. "He's not dead," she muttered. Julian just looked on, and shook his head. Eve insisted that Vincent tried to kill her, but Julian noted that he smelled alcohol on her breath. Needless to say, he didn't believe her story that Vincent forced a drink on her and tried to choke her. Meanwhile, Vincent, disguised as an orderly, lurked outside of the room. Later, after Julian left, Vincent returned. "I'm baaaack," he announced gleefully.... Julian lectured the rehab doctor about Eve's condition; the doc insisted that Eve hadn't been allowed alcohol. The doctor then mentioned that there was a new orderly on staff.... In her room, Vincent stated that he's having his baby. He was offended when Eve called him "delusional." "Don't you mean deranged?" he asked, wrapping his hands around her neck again. Eve screamed for help, but no one heard her. "I'm still pregnant with Daddy's child, who's also his grandchild," Vincent reminded her. That kid is going to have an interesting time making a family tree for school.

Sheridan, with Fancy encouraging her, held Spike at gunpoint and demanded that he tell her where Luis was. Spike agreed to take them to Luis; Sheridan kept the gun on him the whole time. They led him into the Crane living room, where Spike admired the Christmas gifts under the tree — until they revealed what was in the boxes. He explained that Luis was in the mansion. He took a key from a desk drawer and invited the women to follow him. Sheridan worried that he was leading them to one of Alistair's secret rooms, but Spike promised that he'd give them what they wanted. He led them down a corridor to the outside, but Sheridan punched him when she believed he was stalling. He finally led them to the spot where Luis was and announced that he was behind the wall. Spike warned them that maybe they didn't want to find Luis, but they demanded he let them inside.

Meanwhile, in the warehouse basement, Luis reminded Pretty that the only reason they had sex was because Alistair forced them to. However, he assured her that just because he loves Fancy doesn't mean that Pretty is unworthy of having a man love her. Pretty concluded that her scar grossed him out, but he denied this. She asked if he'd sleep with her again; he tactfully tried to evade the question. She then wondered if a man could love her the way he loves Fancy. "Of course," Luis answered, then told her how amazing he thought she was. They kissed ... just as Sheridan and Fancy entered the basement.

At the hospital, Pilar sadly informed Theresa that her sister, Maria, was killed in Mexico. Theresa feared that they might be next, which Pilar confirmed was definitely possible. Theresa again asked Pilar about her secret. Pilar finally told her daughter the truth: that she'd killed her rapist, Carlos, who was the husband of her former friend, Juanita — and now Juanita is out for blood. Theresa was shocked, but compassionate. Later, they were informed that something went wrong with Jonathan's transplant surgery, and Little Ethan was in danger.

At the hospital, Theresa fretted over Little Ethan's health after Little E donated part of his liver to Jonathan. Paloma arrived and Theresa admitted to her sister that Ethan is Little E's father — and that Ethan doesn't know about that, or that Little E was the donor. Paloma couldn't understand why Theresa wouldn't tell him; Ethan overheard part of their conversation and wondered what she didn't want to tell him. Ethan warned Theresa not to keep things from him. After, the doctor then arrived with more news about the transplant patient, and it was Jonathan who was in trouble, and not Little E. Ethan and Gwen were furious when Theresa couldn't help but show her relief. Ethan tried to make sense of Theresa's odd behavior, but she insisted that she cares about Jonathan.

In the basement warehouse, Fancy and Sheridan were shocked to find Pretty and Luis kissing. "Funny, there is no mistletoe down here," Sheridan said. Fancy informed them that she received a video of them having sex. Luis blamed Alistair. Fancy, of course, didn't believe him. "It's no secret that Alistair is a voyeur, but to watch his own granddaughter have sex ... ew!" said Sheridan. Yes, what she said. Pretty explained that Al wanted Luis to get her pregnant. Luis again explained that they had to have sex to save their lives. Fancy and Sheridan were furious, which pleased Pretty. The ladies asked if he'd sleep with Pretty again if he had the chance. He tried to evade the question; Fancy sarcastically offered him the number of yet another woman. She then told Pretty that she could have Luis. Pretty went on and on about how great Luis was in bed; Fancy didn't want to hear about it. Pretty was pleased when Fancy called her a slut. Later, Sheridan and Luis heard Marty calling for them in the basement.

Julian was surprised when Valerie arrived at Eve's room in the rehab center. He assured Valerie that their child would be cared for. "He or she will be well..." he began. "Or IT," Val pointedly interjected. In her bed, Eve muttered Vincent's name. Julian then invited Valerie to join him for Christmas. He was confused when she called him "Daddy." Valerie explained that she feared how ashamed her father would be of her. Julian called Val "unique." Eve suddenly sat up in bed and said she'd tell him why Valerie seems to be so "different." Eve explained that Valerie and Vincent are the same person; Julian was horrified at the thought that he slept with his own son. To prove it, Eve approached Valerie and removed her pants so Julian could see for himself. "I'd recognize that equipment anywhere!" yelled Julian. Oops, it turned out that Eve was only dreaming.

At the hospital, Gwen and Ethan anxiously awaited to hear how Jonathan was doing post surgery, while Theresa quietly wondered how Little Ethan was faring. Ethan wanted to meet the little boy who'd donated part of his liver to Jonathan, but Theresa did everything she could to prevent him from finding out it was Little Ethan. The nurse then wheeled out a little boy who'd just been in surgery and Ethan asked the nurse if he could disturb the poor, probably groggy child so he could thank him. "Oh, my God," Ethan said when he approached the patient, who was so bandaged up he couldn't tell who the boy was. Still, Ethan thanked the child, even if he didn't realize the boy was Little Ethan. The nurse finally told Ethan to back off so she could take the patient to the recovery room; Ethan wondered why Theresa was leaving with the boy. Theresa then held back, but told the boy that his mother loves him and would be proud of him. Later, when it was safe to do so, Theresa went to see her son. She was devastated to see how ill he looked. Meanwhile, the doctor informed Gwen and Ethan that Jonathan's body might be rejecting the organ.... Suddenly, Little Ethan's heart-rate monitor went crazy. The nurse explained that Little E could be having complications.
< br> At Tabitha's, the witch prepared a dish for Christmas, while Kay lamented Miguel and Endora being gone. Tabby reminded her that they needed to do evil to bring them back. With that, Tabitha dumped one of her witches' brews on her holiday dish and the food glowed green. She informed Kay that she was planning to give the "gift" to Father Lonigan. Kay zapped it, destroying it, which angered Tabby.. "If you're so intent on doing good, why didn't you send it to Iran or North Korea ... or Congress?" asked the annoyed witch. After, several gifts suddenly appeared in the kitchen. Tabitha concluded that they were from Endora. Kay wondered how Endora managed to send them from the Dark Side. "Who do you think invented the mall?" Tabitha replied. Later, Tabitha destroyed the gifts so she could collect more "evil points."

Fancy, devastated by Luis and Pretty's betrayal, ran to see Noah on the wharf and embraced him. Noah told her about how Paloma forgave him for kissing Fancy. He wondered if something supernatural was making all of these weird things happen. Later, Tabitha made them kiss passionately again, though they tried to fight her magic. Kay used her magic to separate them. Noah and Fancy agreed that the encounter was bizarre. Tabitha was happy when she looked in her magic bowl and spied Paloma approaching Noah and Fancy. Kay used a frying pan to prevent her from making Noah and Fancy kiss again. Tabitha distracted her by pretending to see a naked David Beckhamin her backyard. Ha! Tabitha successfully zapped Noah and Fancy, who began making out again. Paloma almost caught them, but Kay again stopped Tabitha just in time. Noah informed Paloma that he got a job as a paramedic, which meant they could plan for their future together.... Fancy was confused when she suddenly appeared in Tabitha's kitchen.

In the basement, Luis wanted to go after Fancy, but Sheridan demanded that he help her find Marty, whose voice they'd heard in the basement. Meanwhile, Pretty was giddy with happiness over the thought that she'd broken up Luis and Fancy. Sheridan coldly told her that Luis would either be with her or Fancy, but never Pretty. Pretty warned her that she's tougher than she seems and will win Luis. Sheridan replied that she and Luis are bonded for life since they have a child together. The women panicked when they heard what sounded like a gun shot. Luis called them and said he was fine, but wouldn't tell them anything else. He later returned with Marty's bloody coat.

Esme took Viki to meet Santa in Harmony's square. Viki whispered something to Esme; Esme told her not to worry about Santa finding them. "Once I was in a straightjacket and he found me." Esme helpfully told her niece. The ladies then spied Santa, but he kept his back to them and told them to leave him alone since his shift was over. Esme tried to reason with him, but grumpy Santa called children "greedy little monsters." Esme again pleaded with him; he was intrigued when he turned around and saw the beautiful Esme standing before him. "Well, there is something I want in my stocking," he began, and invited Viki to sit on his lap. After, he insisted that Esme sit on him. Esme reluctantly obliged, but then found herself enjoying the experience. "Ho, ho, ho," bellowed Santa. "Santa, baby, you only need one 'ho' when Esme's around," she replied. HA!

Fancy was baffled when she suddenly appeared in Tabitha's kitchen. "We're witches!" Kay blurted out, as Tabitha looked on in horror. Fancy compared them to a certain well-known supernatural family, which offended Tabitha. Tabitha and Kay then pretended to be joking. Fancy didn't believe them, so Tabitha zapped her with a forgetfulness spell. Tabby again wanted to break up Fancy and Luis, but Kay vowed to stop her. The witches tried to fight each other's spells and accidentally turned Fancy transparent. Tabby repeated that she was willing to do anything to get back Endora.

After escaping from the basement, Pretty tried to comfort Luis, who was worried about Marty. Luis tried to call Fancy, but she wasn't answering her phone. He then wanted to talk with Pretty about their forced sexual encounter, and reminded her that he's in love with Fancy. Pretty was disappointed, but still had hope she'd eventually make Luis hers. She got her wish when Tabby zapped them and they started making out.

In the hospital, Gwen and Ethan feared that Jonathan was going to die. Gwen demanded to know from the nurse if the baby rejected the portion of the liver that was donated to him. The nurse told her to say a prayer. Real helpful, nurse. Ethan admitted to Gwen that he didn't understand why Theresa was acting so strangely. "There's something I need to tell you," Gwen began. Meanwhile, Pilar tried to comfort Theresa, who was worried about Little Ethan's fate. Ethan then interrupted them. "Gwen told me everything," he said, then shared that Gwen informed him that Theresa sent Little Ethan out of town for the holidays. Ethan was furious with her for doing that and stormed out of the lobby. Theresa couldn't believe that Gwen would turn Ethan against her when Theresa's son was willing to donate an organ to Gwen's child. Theresa then informed Gwen that Little E was sick and called Gwen a "selfish bitch." Of course, clueless, clueless Ethan just happened to return in time to hear her say this, and automatically assumed that Theresa was in the wrong. She was devastated when he called her heartless, but she refused to tell him what was really going on with her. Later, Theresa and Pilar visited Little Ethan, and Theresa begged her son to pull through. "Daddy," muttered Little E, which made Theresa break down in tears.
