Julian tried unsuccessfully to simultaneously console and seduce a sloppily drunk Eve, who remained adamant that Vincent was still alive. Julian was unconvinced and explained Eve's "visions" of Vincent as a symptom of grief, guilt and whiskey. Enraged, Eve announced that if Julian really didn't believe their son was alive, he was officially dead to her. She kicked Julian out of her home by brandishing a broken bottle and swearing to him that, if he didn't get out, she would make it so he could never make love to a woman again. Julian told her he wasn't interested in any woman but Eve, anyway, but chose to exit with his manhood intact. As soon as Julian left, Eve got to thinking that perhaps he had been right, after all — perhaps seeing Vincent was a result of downing copious amounts of alcohol and pills. She resolved to find him and tell him she was sorry for lashing out at him.
Sobered up, she searched for him and eventually found him on the wharf, deep in a lip lock with Valerie. Disgusted, Eve returned home and Julian followed in an attempt to console her and try to win her hack. Once they were both back at Eve's home, Vincent called and spoke to his mother. She handed the phone to Julian, who was shocked to hear Valerie's voice on the other end.
He was now questioning Eve's sanity more than ever.
Luis and Sheridan began their search for Marty, coming to a strangely empty house with a child's bedroom. Looking for any sign of Marty, they were able to find a pair of sneakers that happened to have been their son's favorite brand as well as pictures he had drawn, including a train on fire and a family portrait with Beth as his mother. Looking over her son's childish sketches, Sheridan daydreamed about her past with Luis until he showed her a drawing of Alistair, dressed as the devil, spearing little Marty. The concerned parents threatened their resolve to find Marty before Alistair could hurt him any more.
At the hospital, Rebecca came to terms with the fact that she is a grandmother. She also expressed concern over the health of Gwen's baby, commenting that it was very quiet and looked quite pale, but Gwen brushed that off immediately. Rebecca mentioned she was on to something — something that would help Gwen win Ethan for sure — but refused to tell her daughter what it was. The two then eavesdropped on the conversation going on in Ethan's hospital room.
Over in Ethan's hospital room, Theresa came clean about the entire story with Little Ethan, only to discover she had been confessing to Alistair the entire time. He threatened to kidnap Little Ethan if Theresa told anyone else that he is not a Crane. Gwen was thrilled to overhear that Ethan, due to Alistair's threats, would never know that Little Ethan is his son and that Theresa would not be able to get a divorce from Alistair.

Tabitha hopes the demons who kidnapped Endora will see that Endora has Sam convinced that Miguel, an innocent man, is responsible for Fox's murder. She was doing her best to unleash evil in Harmony to fulfill the Dark Side's ransom bargain. Kay, however, was not so keen on having to do evil in order to get Endora and Miguel back. The demons showed the two witches visions of Fancy, Luis and Sheridan, which gave them their next assignment. Kay waffled over going about such an evil task, but Tabitha was quick to remind her that she didn't feel bad when it came to breaking up Miguel and Charity.
Esme and Fancy went for a girls' night out. Esme dressed in black as she was still stylishly mourning Fox's death. Over drinks, Esme convinced her best friend to talk to Luis before Sheridan could get her claws in him. Fancy agreed, but commented that she found it hard to believe that Esme truly fell in love with Fox — given she had only spent a few hours with him before his death. The talk soon shifted back to Sheridan and Luis, with Esme noting that, if Marty were truly still alive, it would be very easy for
Sheridan to lure Luis back to her by playing up the bond they had during
their child. Tabitha then made it so that Luis and Sheridan kissed and had
Esme tell Fancy that she was absolutely sure that Luis and Sheridan were
together in her cottage. When asked by Fancy how it was that she could
possibly know this, Esme surmised that either Fox was trying to help Fancy
from beyond the grave or she was simply "psychotic." She added
evidence to her argument by making several drunken, rambling, brandy-fueled
monologues and danced with a man named Patrick. Or Pete.
Sheridan explained to Luis that if they killed Alistair for what he did to
their son, they would never find out where Marty is hidden. She secretly hoped that Luis would get lost in the moment and kiss her. She tried to
keep Luis from calling Fancy, but Tabitha had to step in and use magic to
keep the call from actually going through. Under Tabitha's spell, the two
then began to make love in Sheridan's cottage. Kay tried to counteract
Tabitha's spell by keeping Fancy from finding Luis and Sheridan in the
throws of passion, but, alas, Fancy walked in on them.
At the hospital, Gwen tried, unsuccessfully, to convince Ethan to go off and
see their son — an attempt to keep him from walking (or, rather, wheeling)
back into his room. Alistair and Theresa were discussing the fact that
Little Ethan is really Ethan's son. Meanwhile, in Ethan's hospital room,
Theresa made it very clear to Alistair that she would not stand back and let
him dictate her life, nor did she have any intention of remaining his wife.
However, she couldn't risk losing Little Ethan, so she elected to remain
quiet about Ethan's paternity — at least for the time being. Eventually,
Ethan made it back to his room and learned that Alistair was still very much
alive and, thus, still married to Theresa.

Esme went home with Paul (or Patrick or Pete) to find that he is something of a cat person and probably more than a little crazy. His idea of "slipping into something a little more comfortable" meant putting on a cat costume.
Ever the open-minded socialite, Esme decided that it wouldn't hurt to play a little game of cat and mouse. Unfortunately, their pussyfooting around was cut short when a mysterious gloved stranger let loose the neighbor's homicidal dog, Sally, who promptly set about chomping away on Esme's date.
Kay chastised Tabitha for using magic to have Luis and Sheridan make love in front of an understandably devastated Fancy. Fancy unleashed her anger and frustration by slapping Sheridan, with a spellbound Luis watching on, completely silent. Over in Tabitha's kitchen, the two witches struggled over Tabitha's wand, causing it to break. As Tabitha went off to fix her broken wand, Kay asked the Good Spirits to help her undo what the evil Tabitha's magic had done. Happy to comply, the spirits reversed time and took away Luis, Fancy and Sheridan's memories of all that had happened. She then shrunk Tabitha and tucked her away into a paper bag so she couldn't cause any more damage. However, one look into Tabitha's magic bowl had Kay worried about the level of evil overtaking Harmony all over again.
Tabitha's spell broken, Luis left Sheridan's cottage to find Fancy. The two fell into each other's arms, trying to fight off the ominous feelings that had overcome them. Meanwhile, Sheridan swore on Fancy's life that she would stop at nothing to have Luis back.
Theresa brought a still-recovering Ethan home from the hospital, who was ready to go back into honeymoon mode despite the fact that Theresa was still very much married to Alistair. Ethan mused over his paternal feelings for Little Ethan while working on his model airplane, as Gwen stood outside the door with her new baby, hearing everything. She finally interrupted Ethan and Theresa to suggest that Ethan give the baby his bottle. Theresa was crestfallen when Ethan referred to his infant son as his "little guy." Gwen, of course, was delighted and didn't hesitate to remind Theresa that she had to keep silent about Little Ethan being Ethan's son or else risk Alistair's anger.

Fancy and Luis tried to explain why they both felt they had "lost a few hours," unaware that they had been put under a spell by Kay, who turned back time to undo Luis' tryst with Sheridan. They chalked it up to a run-of-the-mill alien abduction and got to kissing.
Over in her cottage, Sheridan kept trying to figure out a way to find Marty's whereabouts. She was in the middle of musing aloud when Gwen walked into the cottage and overheard her, shocked. Sheridan made her best friend swear not to tell a soul and then shared her plan to find Marty and make a family with Luis once again. Gwen, in turn, told Sheridan told about her son with Ethan. The two traded fantasies of raising their respective sons with the men of their dreams, when Gwen received a distressing phone call from Rebecca. Apparently, she had accidentally erased all the memory in J.T.'s USB stick. She tried to take care of the situation and insisted to Sheridan that everything was fine. Later, Sheridan relayed the story surrounding Vincent's "death" and expressed her concern over her brother Julian.
Eve scoured her liquor cabinet, only to find that Julian had emptied it. She came across one bottle she had kept hidden and was about to self-medicate when Vincent walked in. She reached out and touched her son to make sure he wasn't a ghost. He disappeared quickly, which prompted to call out for him — just in time for a very concerned Julian to walk in and question her sanity once again. He went off to prepare some food and, while he was gone, Vincent appeared once again to tell Eve that he wouldn't come back to stay because Julian didn't love him. He vanished and left Julian to find a hysterical Eve in the living room. She slapped Julian and blamed him for Vincent being gone. Julian insisted that Vincent was really dead and that Eve had merely hallucinated seeing him. He added that Sam had found irrefutable evidence that Vincent was really gone — Vincent's blood had been found on the rocks at the base of the cliff, confirmed by a DNA test.
Unbeknownst to everyone, Vincent had stuck himself and planted the evidence at the scene.
Esme couldn't quite figure out how to save her date from being mauled by the neighbor's dog, Sally, but did manage to accidentally knock one of its eyes out with a champagne cork. She managed to call Fancy's cell and let her know that she was being attacked. Fancy and Luis left to help Esme, only to find her unconscious on the floor. She eventually came to, only to find out that Pete had been torn apart — quite literally — by Sally. Esme proclaimed herself a "black widow." Sam informed her that, while canvassing the neighborhood for leads, a neighbor told him that she had seen a woman fitting Esme's description open the pen and let the dog out. Now, as with Fox's murder, Esme appeared to be guilty.
