Fancy tried to tell Luis that she is a true Crane and he shouldn't be with her, but he doesn't believe anything except that she's kind and he loves her. "Whatever we've had, it's over," she cried. Luis told her it didn't make sense, and she ran off.

Theresa frantically tried to wake up Ethan, and believed he passed out from the shock of telling him he's Little Ethan's father. She ran out into the hallway and yelled for help. She was shocked to see Alistair arrive. "You're supposed to be dead," she said. Theresa put off talking to her back-from-the-dead hubby in order to try to save her unconscious hubby. "Ethan's dead. Face it," Alistair barked. The evil Crane informed Theresa he sent the strawberries to the room — and they were poisoned. "Why would you want to kill him?" she asked. Alistair noted they were intended for her to consume, not Ethan. He tried to get Theresa to eat the last berry. "Wouldn't it be more fun to keep me around so you can torture me?" she pleaded. Alistair let Theresa know he is aware of Little Ethan's true paternity. She said she didn't know the truth until last year when they were in Rome. "You can take your last secret to the grave," he said while chocking her.

In the kitchen, Norma asked Kay to use her magic to dry the dishes. Oops, it caused a windstorm in the room. Kay got it to stop and thought everything was okay until they noticed an overflow of bubbles. Tabs asked Endora for help. The little witch zapped away the mess. Tabitha told Kay to stop using her magic because she doesn't understand her capabilities and might hurt someone — especially Miguel. "You don't need magic to make Miguel happy. Miguel loves you and love is the most powerful magic of all," Tabs pointed out. "If you're not careful, your powers will lose Miguel." Endora used her magic to turn their kitchen into a circus.

Psychiatrist Dr. Wilson arrived at Tabitha's house to help a desperate and confused Miguel. He told her he feels like he's losing his mind because weird things have been happening to him, such as being cut in half and imagining being in Hawaii. "What sort of relationship do you have with your mother?" she asked. Miguel went on to tell the doc that he saw dishes levitate. "I really do need to know more about your mother," she insisted. The doc jumped after hearing strange noises, which Miggy brushed off as Fluffy and the loud pipes. Wilson peeked in the kitchen to see the circus. "I've gone bonkers," she gasped. Her hair stood on end as the little monkey jumped on her shoulders. When Norma mentioned feeding the doc to Fluffy, she ran out. Kay joined Migs in the living room, quickly followed by Dr. Wilson saying she was nuts. Tabitha, Endora, Norma and Edna walked in and Wilson asked them where their costumes were. "Where's the circus?" she asked before telling Miguel to get out of the house to save his sanity and bolted.

After watching a movie in the Crane living room, Fox asked Esme why Viki whispers to her instead of speaking out loud. They thought Viki was asleep next to them, but she was faking it. Esme told Fox that she once got in a fight with her sister, who is also Viki's mother, and threw her out a window. Since then, she hadn't seen Viki much. Viki has always been a shy child, Esme said, and that Viki doesn't know yet, but her father, a wealthy man, lost all their money and committed suicide just after killing Viki's mother/Esme's sister. Viki heard everything, unbeknownst to Esme and Fox, who continued yapping about the tragedy. Esme said Viki thinks her parents are on a trip. Esme is her legal guardian. "Even houseplants I get stuck with die," she cried. She thanked Fox for letting them stay at the mansion. "You can count on me for anything," he assured her. They kissed. Esme told Fox she feels safe in his arms and doesn't like change. "I wish I didn't have to tell Viki about her parents," she sighed. Fox carried a "sleeping" Viki up to a bedroom.

A disguised Spike and Vincent met up in an alley. Spike informed the fugitive that Alistair gave him a list of people for them to kill. "I'm surprised he doesn't just send me the Harmony phone book," Spike chuckled. Vincent was disturbed by the thought of having to kill more people. Just as Spike started to open the envelope, Vincent suggest they spend their time doing something else. He kissed Spike on the lips. Spike pushed him off and yelled at Vincent, who began to cry. Spike read Alistair's orders and pulled a gun on Vincent. "Surprise, you're the first name on the list," he informed Alistair's shocked grandson. He thought Spike was joking, so the thug played along and laughed with him. Spike shoved the list in Vincent's face to prove Alistair wants him dead. Vincent fooled Spike by pretending Alistair was behind him. Vincent then ran off and Spike followed. A weeping Vincent tried to hide, but Spike found him.

Rebecca and Gwen wondered if Theresa ate the poisoned strawberries yet. Bec was ready to chow down on an éclair until Gwennie pointed out that she got it from a room Alistair was in and it might be tainted. In Theresa and Ethan's honeymoon suite, Alistair choked Theresa. "Ethan is dead and I'm sending you to him," he said. Whitney and Chad barged in and saved Theresa. Whit started to call for help, but Alistair stopped her by pulling out a gun. Bec and Gwen walked in and asked why Ethan was passed out if the strawberries were meant for Theresa. Theresa realized Gwen knew Al's plan all along. Chad picked up the phone. "I'm calling 911. You wouldn't kill your own son, would you?" he challenged Al, who then prepared his weapon. Gwen begged Alistair to allow Chad to call for an ambulance. Theresa blamed Gwen for Ethan's condition. Gwen, in turn, pointed out that Al got the idea from Theresa, who tried to kill him by poisoning his guacamole. Alistair told the group that he came back to kill all those who betrayed him. Chad charged at Alistair, who pushed him off. "But I'm your son," Chad uttered as Alistair shot him in the chest. "You're no son of mine," replied the evil Crane. Whitney, while crying over Chad's body, yelled at Alistair. "You're going to be fine," she said to her husband. Alistair said good-bye to Theresa as he aimed the gun in her direction. Two guards came in and Alistair pretended to drop his gun, but instead shot at them and ran off through the glass door. The guards ran to get help. Chad told Whitney loves her and has only loved her. She begged him to hold on, but his eyes rolled to the back of his head. Whitney believed the doctors could save him once they arrive, but Theresa tried to tell her he's gone. Gwen approached Ethan and Theresa snapped at her. Gwen told her rival she was the one that was supposed to eat the poison and die, but now she'll have to kill Theresa herself.

Luis chased Fancy through the grounds at night and finally caught her. Again, she said they can't be together because she will ruin his life simply by being a Crane. She gave him examples of Cranes who ruined their lovers' life. Fancy ran off again. She figured he finally got it and will move on without her. Luis grabbed her and carried her off. "Luis what do you think you're doing?" she said when he put her down. He kissed her and said they are meant to be together because the Crane curse is nonsense. Luis brought her home and tried to talk sense into her. "I love you," he said while kissing her neck. She gave in and kissed him back. Alistair spied on the duo and was mad that Luis was with his granddaughter. Al said to himself, "Cross me once, you die. Cross me twice, you die in agony."

At Tabitha's, Kay went through the witch's old stuff in the attic. She was interrupted when Floating Head suddenly appeared. Floating Head (FL) regretted not being able to shake her hand and questioned what she was doing. Kay explained that she was trying to find things to use for her wedding. Soon, Tabby, Endora, Norma and Edna arrived; Tabitha warned Kay to stay away from things she doesn't understand. She then advised Kay to not rely on magic in her marriage to Miguel. FL teased Tabitha about being such a romantic. Kay still wanted to make her wedding "magical." FL then gave Kay a special book. The title made FL and the ladies double over with laughter (Wait, can a floating head double over?), but Kay was not amused. "What is the story with these two," FL asked, nodding at Edna and Norma. "There isn't enough time in the world to explain," Tabby sighed. After, Kay proudly shared that she managed to cast a spell that helped Miguel fall asleep. Tabitha promptly sent Endora to check on Migs. Kay reminded her that she saved Tabby and Endora with her powers; Tabitha explained that that was beginner's luck and Kay needs time to hone her (witch)craft. Kay refused to listen, demonstrating how she could turn a single flower into an entire bouquet. She succeeded — until the bouquet exploded, covering everyone with sticky petals. The women agreed with Tabitha's assessment that Kay is a "bloody awful witch." This only made Kay more determined to add magic to her nuptials. "It's my party and I'll try if I want to," she cracked. FL noted that Kay doesn't listen. Norma grabbed an axe to protect herself. Kay tried yet another spell — a "bridesmaids” spell — that gave her warts and turned her hair into hair similar to the Bride of Frankenstein's. Tabitha explained that the idea of the spell is to make sure the bride is the most beautiful person at the wedding and ruin the bridesmaids' looks. Kay freaked when Endora said that Miguel was coming upstairs. Turns out Endora was playing a joke on Kay, and Miguel was still asleep. The little witch turned Kay back to normal. Kay was relieved. Tabby promised to find her a "normal" wedding planner. However, after all of the mishaps, a stubborn Kay STILL insisted on using her powers. She finally conjured up a spell that detached her head from her body.

In an alley, Vincent slithered along the ground, whimpering, while Spike taunted him. Spike planned to kill Vincent, but Sheridan intervened, warning Spike to stay away from her nephew. Sheridan correctly concluded that Spike is working for Alistair. He threatened to kill Sheridan if she didn't let him finish with Vincent, but she wasn't afraid of him. However, she got Vincent out of harm's way when Spike fired his gun. They ran into the woods, but Spike tracked them down. Vincent continued to cower in fear. Sheridan told Spike that he'll have to kill her if he wants to get to Vincent. "Okey-dokey, artichokey," Spike sneered, raising his gun. The chase ended up with both men falling over a cliff — each holding on to one of Sheridan's hands. Spike begged her to pull him up, but she was more interested in saving Vincent. Spike replied that he has information on Marty.

At the hotel, a poisoned Ethan remained unconscious, but alive. Theresa pleaded with the EMT workers not to let him die. Unfortunately, Chad, who'd been shot, wasn't so lucky. Whitney sobbed over his body, refusing to believe he was gone. She insisted that Chad be taken to the hospital with Ethan. After, at the hospital, Theresa, Gwen and Rebecca questioned the doctor about what type of poison Ethan had ingested, but he wasn't sure. Whitney finally accepted Chad's death. "How could I believe something so impossible," she explained to Theresa. "The worse part about the whole thing is that I never forgave him," she said, sniffling back tears. "He knew," Theresa replied. "You need to go on and tell Ethan the truth," Whit continued. Just then, Ethan's condition worsened, but the doctor was able to stabilize him. Whitney again urged Theresa to tell Ethan he's Little Ethan's father — right then and there. She left Theresa alone when a hospital worker had Whit sign some papers regarding the death. Theresa entered Ethan's hospital room and approached her comatose hubby. "There's something I have to tell you," she began.... Whitney went to see Chad's body in the morgue. As she stood over him, she recalled happier times with him.... Gwen then received an urgent call about her mystery man.... Theresa finally told Ethan that they have a child. "I have a son," comatose Ethan thought in his mind. "I have to live."

Edna, Tabitha, Endora, Norma and Kay floating around while their heads were detached from their bodies. Kay attempted to fix the spell that went wrong, but she put Norma on Edna's head and vice versa. Tabby tried to convince Kay to stop using her magic because it always goes wrong. Kay then accidentally put each head back on the right body, but they were backwards. Miguel walked in and thought he was going crazy again when he saw Norma and Edna. Miguel prayed after coming to the conclusion that the women were possessed by the devil. Kay asked Endora to make their heads to back to normal. Kay smooched Miguel so he wouldn't see what was happening. When he was shocked to see Norma and Edna's heads on right, everyone acted as though he had imagined it. Miguel asked why they were all in the attic, so Kay covered by saying she was looking for stuff for their wedding. Tab suggested they all go to sleep, but Miguel said he just felt like something strange was going on. Kay whispered in his ear and he headed to bed.

With Sheridan holding Spike with one arm and Vincent with the other, they pleaded their case for her to save them as they dangled from a cliff. Spike told her he knows where Marty is. Sheridan assumed he was lying, but realized if he's telling the truth, she'll never know. Eve and Julian were shocked to see what was going on. They tried to help save Vincent. Jules climbed down the cliff, but realized it wouldn't do any good. He rushed off to get something to help grab the men. Sheridan's hand was slipping, and she let go of Vincent to save Spike. Vincent dropped down to the rough waters. "My son!" Eve screamed. Julian and Sheridan pulled Spike to safety, while Eve was bitter that Sher didn't help her son.

Pilar walking into Ethan's hospital room, where a crying Theresa told her Alistair is alive and killed Chad, and is also the reason Ethan is in a coma. Theresa was thrilled when Ethan squeezed her hand, giving her a sign that he heard he has a son. In the hallways, Rebecca fretted about Gwen's absence, thinking that if she was there, she could get Ethan back.

After making love, Fancy and Luis talked about how happy they are to be together. Alistair looked on in anger, as his granddaughter was with Luis. Pretty approached him and told her gramps how much she loves him. "What are you looking at?" she asked. She saw her sister and Luis through the window and was surprised he took her back so fast. Pretty asked why everyone loves Fancy and not her. Alistair told her that Luis corrupted Sheridan and Fancy. He talked crap about the Lopez-Fitzgeralds. "Luis will pay dearly," he vowed. As Fancy and Luis started dancing, Pretty took off. Alistair stopped her and asked her to help him.

Esme and Fox carried a tuckered-out Viki to bed. Esme whined about getting cut off from Al and complained about her hefty bills and pricey medication, noting that she'd never take generic drugs. They turned their focus back to Viki, watched her sleep and called her a hero. Later, Esme thanked Fox for letting her shack up at his place. He advised her to take as long as she needs and they started flirting. When she asked for Fancy (she was hoping Fancy would hire her ... tonight), Fox surmised that she was probably with Luis. "Oh right, he's not gay anymore!" Esme mused. The duo flirted some more and made out in the hall for a bit until Viki woke up in a fit of terror.

Pretty agreed to help Alistair. He was grateful, saying that Esme is pulling the same stunt that Sheridan did a few years back, and he couldn't handle it. He apologized for calling his grandkid ugly before and begged for her forgiveness, explaining that he was simply taking out all of his frustrations on her. Pretty accepted the apology and expressed her love, eager to take on whatever task granddaddy threw her way.... Disgusted by Fancy and Luis's continuous lovemaking (which he watched from outside the bedroom window), Alistair thought about how Pretty could help. "By putting a bag over your head, first," he thought to himself. He continued to butter her up with and she hugged him, much to his chagrin. Despite Pretty's reservations, Al rallied her support in helping him punish Fancy for mingling with a lowlife like Luis. Meanwhile, a postcoital Fancy and Luis shared their discontent over Al, who'd ruined their lives. They deemed the Cranes a cursed crew, reaffirmed their love for each other and hit the sheets again.

Over drinks at the bar, Julian informed Eva that the cops were on their way to the cliff. He suggested calling the Coast Guard to search for Vincent and give him a proper burial, but Eve drunkenly nixed the idea, reminding him that their son plummeted to his death and fell on a bed of jagged rocks — there wouldn't be anything to recover. She then lost her cool and began crying uncontrollably as she blames Sheridan for Vincent's untimely death. Meanwhile on the cliff, Sheridan restrained Spike and demanded to know Marty's whereabouts; he whined about his hair and said that she'd never see the brat again. Spike cut loose when he heard authorities approaching. Sher was left alone, without answers. Sam arrived and Sher explained what happened, but admitted that much of what occurred was still a blur. Julian and Eve suddenly showed up; Eve called Sher out letting Vincent fall and demanded her arrest. Sher admitted she had to let Vincent die because she saved her strength to save Spike instead so he could tell her where Marty is. After an angry slap from Eve, Sher ran off to find Spike.

At the hospital, Pilar and Theresa shared their delight that Ethan was on the verge of waking up (his eyes moved!). Rebecca, who watched unnoticed from the hall, plead quietly for Gwen to hurry up and arrive so she could reclaim her man, but Gwen was being held up by her ailing mystery man's nurse, who still wouldn't let her check on him. When Pilar later ran into Rebecca, the ladies traded barbs. Pilar told her to go home; Rebecca claimed her right to stay until Ethan wakes up, reminding Pilar that he will remember that Theresa said he has a son. Later, a nurse confirmed with Theresa that his twitching and grasping was common for coma patients and didn't mean he'd wake up anytime soon. She continued to plead for him to wake up anyway (for his son!), but worried that he might not forgive her for her lies. Theresa was elated after Ethan squeezed her hand as a sign that he heard her and would forgive her.... Rebecca phoned her daughter and shared the scoop that Theresa told Ethan that he has a son and encouraged her to ditch the mystery dude for Ethan. Gwen surmised that Ethan could wind up hating Theresa for keeping the truth from with, without her help. She refused to budge until she knew her mystery man, who was more important to her than Ethan, was okay.

Al brought a stunned Pretty to the mansion where he expressed his passion for destroying those who've wronged him. She wondered why people couldn't just love him like she did! Pretty asked what exactly Granddad had planned to destroy her sis's happiness; Al simply requested that she phone Fancy home to find out.
