Ethan and Theresa continued their ad nauseam back-and-forth over whether Theresa's secret would destroy their relationship or not. Ethan kept reassuring her that nothing she could say would tear them apart, while an anxious Theresa insisted that if he learned he secret it would ruin everything. Sheridan was approaching on the wharf, and thought to herself that she needs to get a hold of herself and rid herself of any desires or temptations to kill Theresa. The demon elf watched and laughed from the sidelines. Sheridan approached Ethan and Theresa, while Ethan excused himself to go see Gwen. Sheridan invited Theresa to catch up with her over tea at the Book Cafe. There, they discussed Luis. Theresa asked Sheridan to leave Luis alone. The demon elf possessed Sheridan with a trio of demons. When Sheridan went to get Theresa's tea at the counter she spotted some rat poison on the floor, and laced Theresa's tea with it as the demon elf watched with glee.

Rebecca and Gwen toasted their newfound fortunes by cracking open a bottle of champagne. Rebecca was intrigued that Gwen had no interest in getting Ethan back for herself because she had a new man in her life. Gwen said her only interest was in destroying Theresa's life and getting payback for everything that happened in the past. Just as the two women clanked their champagne flutes Ethan arrived and asked them what they were celebrating. "The end of an era," Rebecca teased. Gwen elaborated: "The end of our marriage." Ethan was a tad offended that Gwen would take such pleasure in the end of their marriage, but said that would probably make what he came to talk about (her signing the divorce papers) a bit easier, since it had to do with Theresa. Gwen and Rebecca got excited because they had something to talk to him about, too, involving Theresa...

Eve was still with her son, who guilted Eve by insisting her and Julian's drug use was to blame for his ostensible sexual deformities. Eve denied that had anything to do with it. Her son complained how Eve abandoned him and he was forced out of one foster home after another and was chastised for being a "freak" his whole life. Eve insisted she didn't abandon him, but instead Alistair had arranged for her to be told that her baby had died and she only recently learned that he was still alive after all. Her son didn't believe her and insisted Eve let Alistair take him away because he was a freak. Eve's son shocked his mother by showing off his genitalia to her again, and told her that this is what real suffering is all about. Eve's son admitted to her that he was jealous of Whitney and Simone, and got revenge by making them suffer by taking their significant others away from them. Eve put two and two together and realized in horror that her son had killed Rae.

After teleporting herself, Endora and Julian back to her place, Julian was still in obvious shock from learning that she and Endora are witches. "This is all too much to absorb," he marveled in disbelief. Tabitha explained how old she is, and how she pretty much knows everything in Harmony. Julian flashed back to their night of passion when Endora was conceived, and offended Tabitha by asking her if she had to use her supernatural powers to seduce him and be a good lover. Julian complimented Tabitha on being such a good parent, and lamented that he was a poor parent to his other kids. Julian expressed his hope that he could be a good parent to Endora and his MIA son with Eve. Julian asked Tabitha if she could use her powers to check on his son. A reluctant Tabitha agreed.

Julian was astonished as he saw Tabitha and the good witch fight it out with the bad witches. Tabby tried to send Julian home, but he insisted on taking Endora with him. The bad witches threatened Julian if he didn't leave Endora alone, and started shooting lightning bolts at his feet. One of the bad witches miniaturized Julian and locked him a birdcage. Then the bad witches offered Tabitha a deal: they would exchange Julian for Endora. Tabitha refused. The bad witches decide to kill Julian. Endora intervened and restored Julian, then stunned the bad witches with a power zap. The good witch told Tabitha the only way they're going to defeat the bad witches is with the power of love. The good witch, Tabitha, Endora and Julian groped together in a huddle of love, and the energy overpowered the witches. Afterward Tabitha admitted to Julian that she and Endora are both witches. Tabitha was surprised Julian was shocked, given all the rumors circulating about her.

The blackmailer revealed to a shocked Eve that she is his/her mother and Julian is his/her father. A disbelieving Eve insisted, "You can't be my son with Julian!" The blackmailer insisted "he" is their son because Valerie did the DNA test that proved it. Eve admonished her son for his evil machinations, and suggested that he needed help. She offered to call Sam and have him arrested privately, and after that "the healing process can start." The blackmailer hung up the phone and prevented her from calling Sam. "Don't you want answers?" the blackmailer asked. Eve asked her son why he's dressed half man, half woman. The blackmailer said it's because of his identity. Eve suggested she call Julian so he can speak to both of them at once, but the blackmailer demanded that he speak to her one-on-one. The blackmailer told Eve she needs to see everything there is to know about him. The blackmailer lifted up his/her skirt and flashed his/her genitalia to a horrified Eve. Eve apologized for being so shocked, but the blackmailer said he's used to it by now. He asked her what he should do. Eve said she couldn't come up with a treatment plan off the top of her head. The blackmailer said how ashamed and taunted he was growing up, and how he's transferred his anger and pain onto others. Eve expressed her sympathies, and offered for her and Julian to make it up to him. But the blackmailer insisted that she and Julian are the causes of his problem: "You made me this way," because of the booze and drugs they took when she was pregnant with him. "You ruined my life!" he seethed.

Ethan pressed Theresa to divulge her secret. Theresa expressed her worries, but Ethan reassured her that nothing could tear them apart. Theresa flashed back to the blackmailer's threats and became worried all over again. She told Ethan, "I'm afraid if you hear my secret, you'll leave me for good." Ethan insisted her secret can't be that bad, and reiterated his love for her. Ethan decided he was going to look for Gwen ASAP so he can sign their divorce papers so Theresa and Ethan can move on with their plans and lives. But a nervous Theresa begged him not to for the umpteenth time.

Rebecca kept lookout while Gwen hacked into Theresa's office computer to look for her secret. Gwen worried that the search could take awhile because there's so much on the computer to go through. After more digging Gwen called Rebecca over to the computer as she got closer to the secret. Finally, both women were astonished by what they read on the computer screen: Ethan is Little Ethan's father, and Theresa knew about it all this time. The two women giggled with anticipation at the thought of the havoc this secret would bring about. They double checked the timeline of events to make sure that Ethan really could be Little Ethan's father. Satisfied with the certainty of Theresa's secret, the women toasted their newfound fortune at Theresa's expense.

Tabitha used her magic to open the door for Julian, who asked him how she opened the door from her living room chair. Julian asked Tabitha if he could see his daughter. Tabitha told him Endora was at school. Julian questioned what kind of school is open at such a late hour. He demanded to know the name of the school, but a drunken Tabitha stonewalled and showed Julian the door. Julian begged for the chance to be a better father to Endora than he was to his other kids. Tabitha said if he wants to do Endora a favor, he can leave her alone. Julian agreed to leave when he got nowhere with Tabitha, who wondered to herself why he gave up so easily. Instead of going home, he hid outside and followed Tabitha when she left to go to the school. Julian watched Tabitha don her witch garb and walk through a brick wall portal. The stunned Crane grabbed his flask and felt the wall, but it was solid. Endora opened the portal so Julian could visit her.

Earlier, Endora was successful in her lessons while a pair of bad witches conspired outside to kidnap her and convert her to the dark side. They used their magic to make themselves look like good witches and entered the school to kidnap Endora, but their magic wore off and they were revealed to be bad witches. They insisted on taking Endora anyway but the Endora's teacher refused. The bad witches knocked out the good witch, and tried to coax Endora to come with them willingly. Just then the teacher revived herself. As she fought off the bad witches Tabitha arrived and helped her keep the bad witches at bay. Julian arrived and watched in astonishment through the window as the witches continued to do battle.

The blackmailer introduced him/herself to Eve, who told him/her she was supposed to meet her son there. "What have you done with my son?" she demanded. The blackmailer was offended while Eve cited all of his/her crimes and machinations. "Where is my son, you monster!" cried Eve. The blackmailer chided Eve for abandoning and neglecting her son, but Eve defended herself and insisted she loved her child. "I almost believe you," the blackmailer seethed, adding, "your son is in this house." Eve worried that the blackmailer killed her son somewhere in the house. The blackmailer then told her that her son wasn't in the house after all, because he didn't exist as she knew him to be. As Eve went to leave the blackmailer cried out, "Don't leave, Mother...."

On the wharf, Gwen was strangling Theresa while the demon elf watched and laughed from the sidelines. "Why don't you just die, bitch," Gwen thought to herself. Nearby on the docks, Ethan and Rebecca heard Theresa's cry for help. By the time they arrived, Theresa had collapsed unconscious. Ethan revived her, who had no idea who her assailant was because he/she attacked her from behind. Ethan blamed what happened to Theresa on the blackmailer, and vowed to make him/her pay. Ethan insisted that Theresa tell him her secret. Rebecca showed Gwen a note from JT that Rebecca believes is a clue that will lead them to JT's secrets. The demon elf had rain fall on the note, which activated the invisible ink JT had on the paper which revealed a map. Gwen recognized the drawing as a map of Theresa's office. The two ran off to snoop there and discover her secret.

Tabitha was feeling a bit of the empty nest syndrome with Endora off at witch boarding school, so she decided to spy on her daughter. The witchlette was busy impressing Tabitha's old pal Esmerelda, so Tabitha decided to turn herself into a black cat and join them. When Endora tried to use the wrong hand to do her next trick, Tabbycat sent her own magic zap to cover. No fool, Esmerelda spun Tabbycat in circles before sending Endora out of the room and calling Tabitha out on her game. She told Tabitha she'd keep Endora safe, but the bad witches were laughing as they watched the scene unfold. They decided it was time to intervene and kidnap Endora to "undo" all the good she was learning.

Gwen and Sheridan bonded over the strange murderous urges they'd been feeling lately. They were sure they weren't "really" up for murder, but that just made the demon elf laugh. Gwen wondered what they should do next time an urge overtook them, so Sheridan suggested they go see Father Lonigan at the church. The priest revealed they were doomed if they couldn't get rid of the demons in Harmony and when Sheridan asked about bringing Pretty back, he was worried about her "impure" intentions. He said to listen to her conscience and not fall in with the blackmailer. Meanwhile, Gwen left the church and the demon elf shot her with evil.

Eve apologized to Whitney for her failures as a mother. "My half-sister Liz always told me the chickens would come home to roost for me, that my deep, dark secrets would hurt everyone that I love most. She was right," Eve sighed. Then she prayed for the chance to make things up to her kidnapped son and that's when Valerie sent a message that he wanted to meet her. Whitney wanted to go for moral support, but Val's message said he just wanted to meet Eve. When Eve arrived, the blackmailer was waiting. Eve's look of excitement turned to disgust as he/she turned to face her.

Theresa met up with Chad, who wanted her to plead his case to Whitney. He challenged that Theresa should understand why he didn't tell Whitney about Vincent, especially considering she was still lying to Ethan. She maintained her secret was "a far cry" from his, but agreed to talk to Whitney. Later, Ethan joined Chad and was desperate for Theresa's secret. He'd thought he'd gotten the blackmailer to make a full confession, but he/she had disappeared as soon as Ethan turned his back. Frustrated, Ethan told Chad Theresa was probably just being a drama queen, but Chad warned, "Did it ever occur to you that she's not exaggerating this time? That whatever she is hiding could make you hate her forever?" At the same time, Whitney was pushing Theresa to tell Ethan the truth, but Theresa had seen herself in Chad and the way his lies had taken on a life of their own. "I understand that he felt that he could control something that he couldn't. You know, it was already too late. It was like a lose-lose situation. It's the same way for me and Ethan," she explained. Whitney didn't get why Theresa expected Ethan to hate her for lying about Little E's paternity, but said she couldn't forgive Chad and excused herself. Unfortunately, Whitney ran right into Chad, who apologized and begged for another chance. Whitney insisted she could never trust him and walked away. Nearby, Evil Gwen found Theresa and started strangling her!

Sheridan and Gwen enjoyed a warm reunion, and caught up on each other's lives. Gwen explained her resolve to move on without Ethan. Sheridan urged Gwen not to let Ethan go or risk suffering regret the rest of her life. "If you truly love Ethan, don't give him up," Sheridan warned. Gwen insisted that Ethan is in love with someone else (Theresa anyone?) and she has her pride. "I'm not going to live my life as a punch line to some tawdry joke," Gwen declared. Gwen confided in Sheridan her overwhelming urge to kill Theresa since she returned to Harmony. Gwen confessed her worry that she might go through with it. Sheridan admitted that she, too, has been experiencing the same feelings. The demon elf laughed hysterically while eavesdropping on their conversation. Gwen and Sheridan discussed Luis' situation. Sheridan revealed to Gwen that there is a way to save Luis, although the price "is very high." Sheridan conceded that even if she could free Luis she still wouldn't be reunited with him because of Fancy. Gwen advised the way to take care of Fancy is with Pretty. Sheridan told Gwen about the "freak" blackmailer who's responsible for all the crimes Luis was accused of. Sheridan revealed to Gwen the blackmailer's offer: kill Theresa to set Luis free and bring Pretty back to ruin Luis' relationship with Fancy.

In prison, Luis and Fancy were excited to be reunited after the guard let her visit him on his side of the partition. Luis warned Fancy that she needs to let him go and move on with her life. Luis insisted that Fancy needs to pursue the things she wanted with Luis with somebody else. Fancy tearfully said she didn't know if she could do that. Luis urged her to do it for him. Fancy insisted that Luis might not be executed. Luis asked Fancy if she wants to talk about Pretty. Fancy said she'd be willing to tell Luis everything, "every last horrible detail." Pilar arrived just as Fancy was about to begin her story. As Luis chowed down on his mom's home cooking, Pilar warned Fancy not to tell Luis the truth. Fancy told Pilar she thought Pilar always stood for truth and honesty. Pilar told Fancy that she doesn't want Luis to face his death thinking the worst of Fancy. Pilar asked Theresa again if she wants to come visit Luis in prison. Theresa and Pilar discussed the blackmailer's machinations. Pilar asked Theresa if she would bring the blackmailer forward to clear Luis' name if she managed to find/capture him/her. Theresa said being forced to choose between Ethan and Luis is an impossible situation, and hoped (but doubted) it wouldn't come to that. Privately Theresa concluded that Ethan can never learn the truth.

While holding him at knifepoint, the blackmailer warned Ethan that he won't love Theresa once he learns her secret. The blackmailer expressed his/her fantasy about what he/she would do once he/she takes off his/her mask to Ethan. The blackmailer made Ethan an indecent proposal: he/she will tell Ethan Theresa's secret, in exchange for Ethan giving up Theresa and pledging his love to him/her instead. Ethan declared the blackmailer's "offer" absurd. The blackmailer teased that Theresa isn't the person she claims to be. Ethan rebuffed the blackmailer and totally rejected his/her advances. When Ethan called the blackmailer "sick," the blackmailer freaked out and flashed back to dozens of voices from the past in which he/she was called "sick" and all kind of other disparaging remarks. Ethan grew visibly concerned by the blackmailer's apparent meltdown. The blackmailer lunged at Ethan with the knife and tried to kill Ethan. Ethan overpowered the blackmailer and disarmed him/her, and offered to be his/her friend. The blackmailer said he/she never had a friend before, shook Ethan's hand and then collapsed into Ethan's arms crying on his shoulder. "I can see you're suffering," Ethan told him/her. The blackmailer told Ethan that he/she had been hurt so much that he/she just wanted everyone else to feel his/her pain. Ethan convinced the blackmailer to begin the process of healing and recovery by turning him/herself in. "Call Chief Bennett," the weeping blackmailer instructed, as Ethan placed his hand on his/her shoulder out of compassion.
