PASSIONS Recaps Week of March 12, 2007

Fancy complained to Chris about how Sheridan wants Luis for herself. After, she argued with Ivy and got upset when her mom brought up Pretty.

Meanwhile, Luis and Sheridan hid out in the Crane cabin. After deciding on the sleeping arrangements (he agreed to take the couch), Sher announced that she was so tired she could sleep in a certain unusual place. Still, she managed to stay awake as Luis explained how he'd been set up for his alleged crime. And then viewers were treated to a gratuitous Shirtless Luis as he got undressed for bed. He'd barely gotten under the covers, though, when he heard Sheridan crying. Naturally, he leaped out of bed (of course, he didn't put on a robe) to comfort Sher, who declared herself a "terrible person." He joined her in bed and they began kissing.

At the hospital, Theresa stayed by Jared's side as he recovered. Eve told him that they'd have to postpone the wedding. Theresa wanted to have a bedside ceremony, but Eve didn't think it was a good idea. Ethan peered in looking unhappy as Tess took Jared's hand. Eve promised Jared that he'll be able to wed Theresa as soon as possible. He agreed to follow her orders and get some rest, but as soon as Eve stepped out of the room, he made plans to do what he wants.... Theresa gave her blackmailer an update on Jared's condition, explaining that she needs more time to marry Jared. After, she bumped into a mopey Ethan in the hallway. He stated that he knows she's marrying Jared to help her brothers, but she denied it. Cue the flashback of Theresa explaining to Whitney that she can't tell Ethan he's her son's father because she's afraid of losing her child. Ethan was determined to find out what's going on with Theresa.... Theresa looked less than happy when Jared told her that he wants to get married that night.

Whitney mistakingly believed that Chad was jealous of her and Vincent. He looked perplexed as she demanded that he apologize to Vince for treating him badly. After Vincent left, Chad and Whit reaffirmed their commitment to each other. The looked forward to being able to spend the evening together.

Valerie joined Eve and Julian with information on their son. Sadly, she reported that he'd been abused. Julian looked devastated by this news. Val explained that she doesn't know where there son is, but would do her best to help them find out. After, Val joined Chad and Whitney and apologized for standing up Vince. Chad squirmed as Valerie praised Vince's abilities in the bedroom.

Spike tenderly (albeit creepily) stroked Jessica as she whined about how no one loves her. Spike insisted that he does, but she wisely pointed out that if he really loved her, he wouldn't make her turn tricks. He suggested that they start a new life together minus her family, but she wasn't so sure she wanted to do that.

Noah and Paloma got hot and heavy on the couch, but he declared that it was "too soon" to have sex. Paloma looked dazed or possibly bored as he went on about how he wants their first time to be "amazing" and "unforgettable." Hope you can deliver on what you promise, Noah. Paloma seemed to buy his line, though, and gave in to simply snuggling with him.

Where did Sheridan say she could sleep?

By the time Sam and company barged into the Crane executive apartment, Fancy had Luis cuffed. She and the fugitive acted like she just arrived there to arrest him. Chris walked in and asked what was going on, like he didn't know. He privately asked Fancy where Sheridan was. Sher ran out of the building. Fancy managed to sneak the cuffs off of Luis, who made a run for it. Sam called the cops into action to find him. Fancy claimed Luis vanished when she turned her back on him. Chris and Fancy questioned each other's actions. "You're the person who tipped off Sam, aren't you," she asked. Boothe said he had to do whatever it took to get his wife away from Luis. She noted that his plan backfired. In the alley, a car approached an escaped Luis and he surrendered. But it wasn't the cops; it was Sheridan begging him to get in her car. He didn't want her to get involved, but he eventually gave in. They took off. Sam informed Chris and Fancy that a cop saw Luis get into a car. Luis tried to talk Sheridan into letting him out of the car because he didn't want her to get in trouble for helping him flee. She demanded on escaping with him. "I love and need you. Don't you know by now? My life is nothing without you," she blurted out.

At the Seascape, Vincent continued to threaten Chad that he will tell Whitney about their relationship. Whit pulled up a chair and was happy to hear her husband and Val's boyfriend were getting along. She assured Vincent that Valerie really cares for him ‹ even though she didn't show up for their double date. When Vincent left the table to answer a call, Chad told Whitney he doesn't like the guy. "Believe me, he is not what he seems," he said to his wife. Whit asked him to be nice to Vincent while she goes to the restroom. "Damn you and what you've done to my life," Chad lashed at Vincent, who said he was ready to inform Whitney of their affair. The tabloid reporter suggested staying with their female companions, but continue to hook up on the side. Whit walked up as the two men were talking closely. "I know what's going on," she said.

At the Bennett house, Noah and Paloma flirted and kissed, unaware that Spike was upstairs with Jessica. There, Spike threatened to kill Jess's family if she left him. Surprisingly, she stood up to her hubby, saying she wasn't going to prostitute herself anymore and that he ruined her self-esteem. "You never loved me and I know that now," she said. He told her not to believe her friends, and that their intervention with her was merely an excuse for Paloma and Noah to spend time together. "I'm the only one who loves you," he claimed. She pushed away from his kiss. Of course, Spike mentioned her murdered johns as blackmail material. Jessica pushed Spike onto her bed and made a run for it. She walked into the living room, where Paloma and Noah were getting hot and heavy on the couch.

Luis asked Fancy what happened between her and Pretty. Sheridan said she didn't blame her niece for not wanting to talk about it because then she'd have to take blame for Pretty leaving Harmony. "You know what you did and the damage it caused," Sheridan lashed out. Fancy told Luis that Sheridan is trying to tear her down in front of him, and the thing that happened with Pretty wasn't a big deal. Sher claimed she would've told Luis by now about Pretty if that was her intention. Luis pointed out that all families have issues, and brought up his rivalry with his own brother, Antonio. "Anything that you may have done to Antonio pales in comparison to what Fancy did to Pretty," Sheridan said. Chris arrived and eavesdropped outside the apartment door. "Every word that comes out of your mouth is like a lash of the whip," Sheridan said to Fancy. "I don't want things to turn out like they did between you and Pretty." Fancy began to hyperventilate. Sheridan apologized, saying she shouldn't have mentioned Pretty. Chris called the police department and reported Luis's whereabouts. The threesome panicked when they heard the police arrive. Chris hid in the hallway while Sam yelled for Luis to come out before he gets hurt. Sheridan found a place to hide while Luis told Fancy to arrest him, that way she wouldn't get in trouble.

A hospitalized Jessica had a flashback of her half-male/half-female john. Outside her room, Sam, Noah, Paloma and Simone assumed Jess's he-woman claim was a hallucination. Paloma suggested conducting another intervention with Jessica before she returns to Spike, who overheard their plot. Sam lunged at Spike, but Noah held his pop back. Sam threatened to arrest Spike for disturbing the peace if he tries to see Jessica. Spike left, but not before harassing Simone about her dead girlfriend. The nurse informed the group that Jessica had no drugs in her system. "So how can you explain what you saw?" Sam asked his daughter. "It was like out of a horror movie," she said. Sam prepared to bring Jessica home. Once home, Jess complained that her dad wasn't there for her, but her friends and brother said he left on police business. Noah, Paloma and Simone tried to tell his sis what a liar Spike is and that he doesn't really love her, but she didn't want to hear it. Jess began letting it sink in, but Paloma insisted on putting her to bed. Simone, Noah and Paloma were happy with their progress. Paloma told a crying Simone they will be there for her during Rae's funeral the next day. Spike broke into a sleeping Jessica's room.

Theresa cried and thought about being with Ethan during her wedding to Jared. The judge stopped and asked Mrs. Crane if she really wanted to get married. Theresa covered by saying she's just emotional about everything. Whitney suggested pushing the ceremony off until the following day; Eve agreed. Theresa asked the judge to continue. Jared began reciting his vows, but Theresa saw him as Ethan. The judge stopped again when he noticed Theresa wasn't paying attention. She then recited her vows while Ethan watched through the hospital room window. He imagined marrying Theresa, and recalled times with her through the years. Just as Ethan was about to stop the wedding, Jared collapsed. Dr. Russell pulled an "I told you so" with Theresa while trying to take care of Jared. Ethan told the judge to leave. Theresa felt guilty for Jared's condition, and thought she was being punished. She cried to Whit about it while Ethan watched from feet away. She fretted about what the blackmailer will do now that Theresa didn't marry Jared. Alone, Ethan pointed out to Whitney that if Jared dies, he will be free to be with Theresa.

Eve told a still-hospitalized Jared and Theresa that his health is not strong enough to get married. She pulled Whitney outside and asked why Theresa was insistent upon having the ceremony right away. The doc then lectured Theresa about her odd behavior and wanting to rush into marrying Jared. In the hallway, Ethan demanded a crying Theresa tell him the truth about why she's planning to wed Casey. He kissed her, but she pushed him off. Unable to look at him, she denied loving Ethan anymore. "Don't do this. We're finally free to be together and you're going to walk away from us now?" said a shocked Ethan. Whitney handed Jared a wedding ring. He promised to do everything he can to make Theresa happy. Theresa got a call from her blackmailer and assured him/her that she was moments away from marrying Jared. Judge Reilly arrived and started the ceremony. Eve voiced her disapproval of the wedding. The event was put on pause when Chad didn't show up as Jared's best man. When an orderly arrived with flowers, Theresa paid him to stand in. Ethan watched from outside of the hospital room as a stressed Theresa stood at the "altar" with Jared.

Fancy barged in on Sheridan showering in the executive Crane apartment. She accused her aunt of using the situation to try to get Luis back. The women argued about the other being bad for Luis. "You will never be able to make Luis as happy as I made him," Sheridan snapped. "You have ruined Luis's life and you know it." Luis walked in, and Fancy questioned him about being there with his ex. He swore nothing romantic was going on, and that Sheridan was just there to help. He said Sheridan told him that she feels horrible for what Fancy has gone through, and gave reasons as to why Fancy isn't the right woman for him. Fancy sarcastically applauded her aunt's scheme while Luis thought Sher's intentions were authentic. Luis told Fancy she owes Sheridan an apology. Yikes!

Julian asked Eve if she really hopes to find their son. They chatted about what having him in their life would mean to them.

Miguel lamented to Tabitha that he should give up his pursuit of Kay. "Oh, poppycock!" declared Tabitha, who became alarmed when Miguel announced he was going to track down Charity and ask her to marry him. Tabitha then slipped a love potion in Miguel's tea so he'd be lusty for Kay. The plan backfired when he got overheated for Charity instead! As Tabitha tried to physically restrain Miguel, Kay walked in on them in time to hear him howling for Charity and she stormed out in a huff. Tabitha knocked out Miguel then fed some of the spiked tea to Kay, who immediately became hot for Miguel. When he came to, Tabitha was stunned that Miguel started coming on to her but she was able to finally direct him upstairs to find Kay. When he did, they started passionately clawing at each. "Oh, my God!" exclaimed Tabitha as she watched their interaction in her magic bowl. "Sounds like feeding frenzy at the zoo. Look at those two go."

Fox told Julian that he was sure he received the actual treatment instead of the placebo. Julian assured his son that his nausea and impotency was all in his head but Fox insisted that the nurse substituted the real thing for the placebo. "Something is wrong," Fox contended. "I'll be damned if I'm going to let this treatment kill me." Julian almost calmed his son down, until Fox noticed that his hair was falling out.

Theresa decided to knuckle under to the blackmailer's demands and marry Jared. Ivy was thrilled to learn that Theresa wasn't going to wed Ethan. When Ivy gloated, Theresa cracked, "Don't you have some puppies to drown?"

Ethan was shocked when Jared started hyperventilating and a Code Blue was called. Luckily, Jared calmed down and the Code Blue was canceled. However, Ethan was still determined to stop Theresa from tying the knot with Jared. After Ethan left, Theresa and Whitney entered Jared's room. Before Theresa could tell her fiancé that she couldn't marry him, the blackmailer sent her this text message: "Keep your mouth shut about Ethan. Marry Jared."

Ivy was distressed when Ethan insisted he was going to make Theresa his wife. "From the moment she dropped that paint bucket on your head at the carnival all those years ago, she's made your life a living hell," pointed out Ivy, but Ethan reiterated his determination to marry Theresa.

As Fancy searched for Luis, Sheridan was smooching him while expressing her love. Luis told Sheridan that he never stopped loving her. They continued their conversation and make-out session in the shower. "Chris and Fancy could never give us what we can give each other," Sheridan sighed between kisses. Oops the shower scene was just her fantasy. She then called out for Luis to join her, but Fancy popped in instead. "You scheming bitch!" she seethed at her aunt.
