After Tabitha tucked in Endora she spoke with Kay, who rehashed what's been going on with Miguel and Charity. Tabitha warned Kay that death was going to visit someone in Harmony that night. The masked perp went through pictures of Harmony's residents until he/she came upon one of Luis and Fancy. "All of Harmony is going to pay," declared the perp, stabbing Luis' pic with the knife. Luis continued his flashbacks under hypnosis with Eve. He recalled being attacked by a masked person, who injected something into his neck. Eve examined his neck and observed the puncture wound from the needle. After the hypnosis, Eve, Luis and Fancy reviewed the session and concluded that there are two perps — one male, one female. Sheridan vowed out loud to herself that Fancy will never have Luis. Chris entered and asked Sheridan why she's so negative about Luis and Fancy. Sheridan covered and said she thinks they just don't belong together. Chris asked her to go out for the night but Sheridan said she didn't feel like it.

At the Blue Note, Ivy slapped Julian, blaming him for Fox's condition. Whitney encouraged Theresa to tell Ethan the truth. Theresa agreed, but Ethan overheard them. Theresa covered, and then Rebecca interrupted to have a private conversation with Ethan. Theresa told Whitney that Luis and Miguel come first and once Ethan gets them acquitted she'll tell Ethan the truth. Rebecca handed Ethan her cell phone and asked him to speak to Gwen and convince her to return. Gwen hung up on him. Rebecca insisted to Ethan that he honor his wedding vows and try again. Chad got a cell phone call from his lover. He told his lover that he loves his wife and doesn't want to get together any more. After Whitney joined him Noah delivered a bottle of their best champagne to the table. He said it was compliments of "a secret admirer" who said they'd be joining them shortly. Chad panicked and feared that his lover was on the way. While he was tending bar, Noah was turned on by a woman from the back. She turned, and it was Paloma — who turned on the charms.

Endora wanted to hear the Scissor Sisters sing, so she zapped herself to the Blue Note, then zapped the band onto the stage. They performed as the enthusiastic Blue Note crowd danced to the music. Endora aged herself and spoke to the Scissor Sisters after their performance. When she heard Tabitha calling for her Tabitha zapped herself back into bed, and zapped the Scissor Sisters out of the Blue Note.

Simone was shy about making a public display of affection with her Rae. As they held hands, TC approached and joined them. TC asked Rae for a hug, and asked her if she's taking good care of Simone. Julian ran into Rae by accident and caused her to spill her drink on herself. TC knocked out Julian and called him evil. TC told Ivy if he wasn't a gentleman he'd deck her too, for what she did to Sam and his family. Ivy sniped that Eve helped her, but TC set the record straight and reminded her that it was only because Eve blackmailed her. Later Julian thanked Ivy for coming to his defense with TC. Sparks began to fly and the two of the reignited their passion for each other and began kissing. After having sex, Ivy told him to get lost. Outside the ladies' room, Rae and Simone were talking, and Rae came to the realization that she thinks she knows who Fancy's attacker is. Rae said she needed to make a phone call before she said anything. She telephoned Luis and asked to meet with him ASAP to tell him what she thinks she knows. Luis called Sheridan and told him he's meeting Rae at the Blue Note to learn about the attacker. Sheridan changed her tune and told Chris she wants to go out after all. Rae and Simone were dancing when Rae saw someone she recognized and excused herself from Simone. Theresa got a text message from Gwen, who told her she knows her secret about Little Ethan. Gwen threatened to destroy Theresa's life and make sure Theresa loses her son and all the Crane money and power, and ensure that Luis and Miguel go to prison unless Theresa stops pursuing Ethan.

Tabitha ushered Endora up to bed, suggesting they pull out the new Clive Barker for bedtime reading, and then took a peak into her bowl. "The whole town of Harmony seems to be off-kilter and I don't know why!" she said with exasperation. "Shes are turning into hes and some unknown person is preying on innocent victims. I'm the only one who's supposed to prey on innocent victims around here!" Before she could look into it further, she heard a concert starting in her living room. Endora had zapped the real world band Scissor Sisters out of the cover of their CD, which is coincidentally called "Ta-Dah!" (www.scissorsisters.com). Tabby reprimanded her daughter for using her magic too much and unplugged the performance. That woke up the band, who wanted to know where they were and what happened to their English audience. Tabby explained that the fish in their fish 'n' chips had poisoned them and that they were all hallucinating. Then Endora flashed them back to where they came from, apologized and said she was hungry. Tabby gave her a baked apple and got "back to business" with her bowl. "Someone is going to die tonight!" she exclaimed.

Kay couldn't forgive Miguel for kissing Charity. "Don't you know that image has haunted my nightmares for years?" she asked, so he begged her to come talk to Charity. They instead found Faux Charity, who was unmasked, paid up and sparring with Julian. She turned around, the mask hidden in her purse, and played it off perfectly, but Migs couldn't shake the fact that she looked "familiar." An annoyed Kay assumed he was picking up the blonde and reprimanded him, which gave Faux Charity a chance to make her getaway. When Kay went to be with Fox, Migs followed and Faux Charity returned to Julian. The conniver gave her an envelope for the nurses' station by Fox's room. "Miguel will never know what hit him," he smiled. The nurse handed Miguel the envelope, saying it was from Charity. Kay opened it and after reading it to herself, threw it at him. "I was so surprised when you grabbed me and kissed me," the letter read. Julian enjoyed the show.

Fancy was panicking under hypnosis and Doc Russell said Luis was making it worse. He stepped back and let her calm Fancy. The memories started with the peeping Tom sting that went wrong and after that, Doc Russell recalled Luis had wrestled with the peeper and thus couldn't be responsible there. Then she took Fancy to the mansion attack and as she relived it, Fancy said, "She attacked me." She!? For some reason, Eve decided that surprising reveal was the perfect time to wake her up. She believed Fancy said "she" out of confusion and Fancy was surprised to hear about it, since there was semen found inside of her. When Eve and Luis left her to gather her thoughts, Luis bemoaned how much his laughing girlfriend had changed since the attack. Eve then suggested they put Luis under and he was game. This time, the ladies watched as he flashed back to the night of the Crane attack. He remembered waking on the couch to see the masked person above him.

Theresa AGAIN started to tell Ethan that Little E was his son and AGAIN had a fantasy of they day they were happily past this moment. When she snapped back to reality, Chad told Theresa to "hold that thought," because he was worried the truth would strip Theresa of the Crane power, which she needed to clear her brothers. He and Whitney stepped out to argue the issue. Whit insisted love demanded honesty like she had with her (secretly cheating!) hubby, but agreed to interrupt Theresa. She pulled her girlfriend out of the room and explained why she had to stay quiet. Though Theresa wanted the truth out, it wasn't hard to convince her to put it off again for her brothers. When they returned to the room, she asked Ethan if the battle to save her bros was "impossible" to win. He again said her Crane power and influence were the only things that could beat Julian's game. Then he asked for her "big secret", but Theresa changed her tune and said it could wait. She handed him a blank check and told him to "go save" her brothers. As soon as he left, she broke down in tears, but Chad and Whit assured her that she'd done the right thing.

After landing her broomstick, Tabitha was frustrated with Endora, who wouldn't take off her WitchPod earphones. She threatened that her daughter better not be listening to folk music and was thrown, literally, when she put the phones on her own ears. "It's too loud, Endora. But it's catchy," she said of the Scissors Sisters. She put the earphones back on Endora and grumbled that she didn't like her daughter's newest phase. Then she checked in with her bowl. She was entertained by the reveal that Chad's affair was with a man, but couldn't get a clear picture or vibe on Fancy's attacker.

Kay was crushed to find Miguel hugging Charity and Julian was right there to goad her. He then started in on Miguel, who insisted Charity was just saying goodbye. After Charity excused herself, he tried to explain himself to Kay, but she slapped him before he got a word out. Eve told her to control herself while in the hospital and then got called away. When Kay asked Miguel if he'd kissed Charity, he followed Charity's advice and lied. Too bad Julian saw them! "You're going to take his word over mine?" he asked. Julian maintained that the evidence in Fox's case spoke for itself and then took Kay to security to find undisputable evidence that about the recent kiss. The security video of course supported Julian's case and Kay was through with Miguel. He ordered Julian out and with the image on the screen behind him, admitted to the kiss. "It never ends," Kay said and again rehashed it all. Julian, meanwhile, paid off faux Charity and freaked when she took off her mask in public, but she shrugged him off.

Fancy and Luis got to work looking for her real rapist, but they had nothing to go on but the ski mask. "No matter how many times I read the report or look at the details, this case seems to begin and end with me," Luis bemoaned, but Fancy told him to stay strong because she believed in his innocence. He then shared his suspicion that he and his bro were being framed. Fancy said it sounded like something Alistair would do, but of course, Gramps had been blown up. Luis begged Fancy to search her memory for something new, but when she started to remember being attacked, she freaked out. He felt guilty that she was trying to remember, but then he mentioned hypnosis. She was game, but afraid she'd remember something incriminating about Luis. He maintained that if she did, he belonged in jail, so they had a sit down with the doc. After talking it out, Luis decided his future wasn't worth making Fancy relive what she'd survived. Fancy didn't need his okay and Eve put her under. Fancy was agitated, so Luis tried to stop it, but Eve told him to keep quiet. He held her hand as the attack began.

Kay broke off her kiss with Miguel because it wasn't right to kiss "another man" in her hubby's hospital room. Then they went back to loudly smacking lips anyway and Fox's heart rate escalated, setting of alarms. While the nurse worked over him, Julian stormed in and went on the attack. He was sure Miguel had made another attempt on his son's life. Kay asked Miguel to leave the room, since the tension in the room wasn't good for Fox. When he had her alone, Julian told her she would see Miguel punished and that she was to blame for Fox' condition. "If you hadn't given Miguel hope that he could be with you when he came back to Harmony, Fox would be fine," Julian said, but Kay reminded him of Fox's deadly tumor. Julian covered and then reminded her that she'd seen Miguel having sex with Charity, but she still believed she'd seen imposters. He told her to believe her own eyes and added that he'd seen them kissing at the hospital. He insisted they were still a couple, but went too far when he suggested Miguel was using her to get dying Fox's money. She stormed out to find Miguel, who was pushing Charity away. Charity had shown up to profess her love to Miguel. He'd of course turned her down, but it sure looked bad to Kay!

Chief Bennett wondered about his dead wife's warning that "someone was threatening us and the people we care about." When Luis showed up, insisting he was coming back to work to clear his and his brother's names, Chief Bennett nixed that idea fast. Luis insisted they were being set up and the chief agreed it was a possibility, but still wouldn't let Luis work the case officially. He instructed Luis to quietly work the case with a partner, "someone who has enough clout and also can handle a media frenzy in case word get out on what you're doing." His suggestion was Fancy, who was standing right at the door with Paloma. The girls had had a chat earlier, with Fancy deciding she needed to "stop worrying about what could be the truth and focus on finding out what is the truth." She told the chief she wanted to get back to work and she agreed to work with "whomever you choose." After much discussion, she agreed to "be a team" with Luis. Little did they know, the stalker was watching from outside. "I'm closer than you think, Luis," he/she whispered. "I'm front and center and you don't even know it."

Chad and Whitney cooed at each other and Whit was thrilled about Theresa and Ethan being a real couple like them...until Jared showed up, wanting her advice to win Theresa back. He told them that Theresa was thinking over his apology, but Whit thought he was wasting his time. She sent Chad to check on Miles and then told Jared he couldn't get in the way of Theresa and Ethan. When Chad backed Jared up, Whitney slipped and called Ethan "the father of her children." Chad tried to stop her by clearing his throat, which made Jared even more suspicious. Whit backtracked, saying Ethan was like a father to Little E and Jared fell for it. When he excused himself, Whitney apologized for not helping him. "Ethan's the love of Theresa's life and there's no way she's not going to jump at the chance to be with him right now," she shrugged. Of course, that's just what was happening. At her office, Theresa and Ethan were talking about both being "free" to date and then kissed. They talked of being a family with Ethan and Jane, which led to talk of Julian's desire for custody of "his" son. Theresa started telling Ethan the truth about their son's paternity, but Ethan got a call and took it, believing it was Gwen. Instead, it was his source at the courts. "Julian is using some kind of leverage with Judge Reilly to get your brother's trial dates moved up," Ethan revealed. "Obviously Julian is out to get Luis and Miguel tried and convicted before they know what hit them." He insisted they could fight Julian together, especially with Crane power. He was revved up, but Theresa reminded him she had something to tell him. She sat him down and started again.

As Miguel listened at the door to Fox's hospital room, Kay begged her hubby to fight for his life. She swore they'd find the guilty party. Kay then went to talk to Doc Russell, who could relate to her confusion over Miguel and Fox. They agreed that, regardless of evidence, Miguel wasn't the runaway driver. "Is it possible to be in love with two men at the same time?" Kay asked, and Eve answered that it was, but added that she had to make a decision, eventually. When the Doc excused herself, Migs stepped in. Fresh from a Pilar pep talk, he insisted, "You have to be with me." They rehashed all the unanswered questions about Fox's "illness" and then he asked her who was in her heart. When she looked — literally — into her red pumping heart, Miguel was in there talking to her. "It's you," she said, and they kissed.

Sheridan eavesdropped on the other side of the door as Fancy and Luis grappled over how the evidence could tie him to her attack and rape. Fancy kept having flashbacks and even saw the masked face instead of Luis' when she looked at him. Her confidence in him was shot and when he said he loved her, she backed away and ordered him to "Stay back!" Luis was crushed, as was Fancy. She broke down into tears. Sensing he couldn't help, Luis apologized and left. Sheridan was waiting for him on the other side of the door. She played the empathy card and gave him a hug, while smiling contentedly to herself. She urged him to give Fancy time to process all that had transpired, but then asked him, "If she loves you, how could she not believe you?" Behind the door, meanwhile, Fancy grappled with her demons until she realized the same thing. "Luis, I do believe you," she sighed and rushed out to tell him.

While Chad snuggled with his mystery man, Whitney urged Ethan to let Theresa share her big secret and then suggested Ethan tell Theresa that Gwen was officially history. "When Gwen smashed your wedding ring, I think it sent a pretty clear message that your marriage is over," she said, and Ethan agreed. His concern was Jared, but Whit told him Theresa had taken off Jared's ring after he walked out on her. "There's nothing stopping me," he realized. He talked about getting to raise Little Ethan as his own and let his hopes soar. "Now I can finally be with her," he smiled. Too bad Whit's information was outdated. Over at the office, a repentant Jared was begging Theresa to take him back. "I'm crazy in love with you," he declared, and then noticed she wasn't wearing his engagement ring anymore. He wouldn't let her talk as he made his case, swearing he'd make her forget Ethan. Teary Theresa was "confused" and "torn" and refused to wear his ring. He apologized for the ultimatum he'd given her and she apologized for making him feel insecure. "No more macho garbage," he promised her, insisting she knew they belonged together. As he spoke, she started hearing what she wanted Ethan to say. "I turned my back on you and I stayed with Gwen and it was a mistake," fantasy Ethan said and followed up by saying he wanted to marry her. She walked around the table and told him Little E was his son. Jared called her attention back to him after she said "something about Little Ethan's father." He promised to help her fight Ethan and Julian to keep her son. When she started to say they'd be happy together "BUT," he asked her to think on it before saying any more. When he left, Theresa bemoaned having two loves courting her after all these years of chasing Ethan. "Is this some sort of sick joke?" she grumbled and, as if to answer, Ethan walked in. He asked if the lack of ring on her finger meant she were "free now" and she said, "I guess it would." He smiled and said, "Coincidentally, I'm free now too, to be with whoever I want."
