Mallet and Marina sat at Company trying to figure out how to move on from
their awkward kiss. Mallet asked Marina if it was all about Cyrus, and
Marina admitted that part of her new affections for Mallet was because of
missing Cyrus, but she assured Mallet that wasn't entirely the case.
Mallet suggested they go see a movie to take the edge off, and while on Main
Street, the two ran into Frank and had another awkward moment. Marina and
Mallet finally decided not to force a weird movie date, and they agreed to
part ways until they reconvened at work.
At the Beacon, Harley and Cyrus began to make out, and while they were half
dressed and rolling on the bed, Dinah came in and caught them. Dinah
promised she wouldn't mention a word to Marina. Embarrassed, Harley ran out,
and Cyrus tried to stop her.
Once Harley got away, Dinah followed her to Company and began asking
questions about Cyrus and Marina. Dinah asked if Marina and Cyrus were over,
and Harley said they were, but Marina was still in love with Cyrus.
Later, Buzz caught Cyrus packing his things at the Beacon. Cyrus was
surprised that Buzz thought he should stick around, and Buzz said there was no
reason for both Harley and Marina to be miserable. Cyrus thought it would be
easier if he left, but Buzz told him he couldn't run away from his problems.
Shortly after, Marina walked in on their conversation, and told Cyrus she
didn't want him to leave.
Back at Company, Harley began cleaning to take her mind off of what
happened, and Frank came in to chat. Harley asked Frank if he hated her. "I
hate Cyrus," he replied. Then he admitted that perhaps Harley had done
Marina a favor by getting involved with Cyrus. Frank also mentioned how
strange Marina and Mallet were acting when he ran into them on Main Street.
Harley asked if he though they were on a date, but Frank said his mind
couldn't begin think about that possibility.
Later, when Mallet returned to the Beacon, he ran into Dinah who told him her
doctors believed she was finally getting back to normal. Mallet was glad to
hear the news, and they shared a few sweet moments while they laughed and
quizzed each other with Dinah's flash cards.
Meanwhile, Lizzie caught Jonathan trying to sneak away with Sarah again.
Lizzie told Jonathan if he was determined to leave, he could go, but he
couldn't take Sarah again. Jonathan said he had to leave, and asked Lizzie
if she would run away with him. Lizzie was hesitant, but finally agreed to
go. Lizzie told Jonathan she needed to run one errand before they left, and
Jonathan told her to hurry.
A few rooms away, Bill and Ava had another hot roll in the sheets. After
their romp, Ava was surprised to learn that Lizzie had already discussed
babies with Bill. Whatta drag, she thought. Bill told Ava, they'd had the
conversation because Lizzie thought she was pregnant with his baby.
After Ava hopped up to take a shower, Bill checked his messages hoping
Lizzie had called. She hadn't, but moments later she showed up at the door
with Sarah. Bill was shocked, and Lizzie said she'd stopped by to apologize
for the fight they'd had. Bill asked Lizzie if she would leave Jonathan if
he asked her too. Before Lizzie could respond, a towel-clad Ava appeared.
"You ask me to leave Jonathan and you have Ava stashed in your bathroom?"
Lizzie asked. When Ava noticed the baby carriage, she asked who the baby
belonged to. Lizzie told Ava that the baby was Sarah and that Sarah and
Jonathan were both alive. Ava said she could lose her job if she didn't tell
Alan, but Lizzie and Bill both made her promise to keep her mouth shut.
When Lizzie returned to Jonathan, they finished packing up to prepare for
their life on the run.

When Will called Cassie claiming he didn't feel well, she brought him home so he could rest. Soon after, a representative form Will's school stopped by to tell Cassie that Will wasn't sick, and that he was suspended. Cassie was confused, and the school rep told her that Will had to leave the school until he received the professional help he needed. When Josh returned home, Cassie told him Will was kicked out of school. When she mentioned that she wanted to sue the psychologist for claiming Will was crazy, Josh told her that she needed to wake up and realize that the psychologist was right and Will needed help. Cassie said she was the only person who could help Will, and when she walked away, Josh took Will to the special school he and Jeffrey had been in contact with. Will was furious at Josh, and claimed he would run away. When Josh left Will alone with the psychologist, she tried to make him feel comfortable but Will resisted. When she stepped out, Cassie appeared to take Will home.
In Jeffrey's office, Doris stopped by to demand that he prosecute Jonathan for faking his death and taking Sarah away. Jeffrey told Doris she should let it go because Jonathan was only trying to protect Sarah from Alan. "Maybe protecting your girlfriend's family is more important," Doris accused before she walked out.
Later, Reva stopped by to give Jeffrey the good news that Jonathan and Lizzie were leaving before Alan could find out about them. Jeffrey responded with the bad news that Doris wanted to prosecute Jonathan. Reva was upset and asked Jeffrey what he could do about it, but he said he couldn't just erase her problems every time she needed him to.
Later, Lizzie told Reva she dropped the charges against her for kidnapping her to save Sarah. Reva thanked Lizzie and asked if they could all move on to putting the family back together, but Lizzie reminded Reva that she was not completely off the hook for what she did. She railed against Reva for lying to her for so long and watching her suffer when she knew Sarah was alive. Reva said she did what she did to protect Sarah, and that Lizzie should understand because deep down they were all alike and would do the same things if provoked. Once Lizzie calmed down, Reva suggested that she and Jonathan come over for dinner before they left town.
When Reva left, Jonathan told Lizzie they needed to blow Reva off and leave town before it was too late. As they finished packing, Lizzie asked if she could say goodbye to a few more people, mainly Bill, but Jonathan told her she couldn't because she would start crying and expose their plans. Before Lizzie and Jonathan could leave, however, Billy, Reva, Jeffrey, Bill and Josh showed up to convince them to stay in town and fight Alan. Jonathan was hesitant at first, but he finally changed his mind and decided he was tired of running.

At Company, the Cooper family card games got off to a rocky start when Marina and Cyrus walked in and announced they were back together. After a few hands, Harley and Marina began to take shots at each other. It appeared they were arguing over cards, but Cyrus was clearly the real issue. Once Harley had enough of the childish exchange, she took off to go meet Daisy, and everyone cut the game short and went their separate ways. Before Cyrus left, Buzz pulled him to the side and told him he had to do something about the messy love triangle. "You are going to end it tonight," Buzz demanded.
When Harley joined Daisy at the nail salon, she asked Daisy if she wanted to have a girls' day out. Daisy said she couldn't make it because she had to go to Gus and Natalia's wedding. Harley was disappointed but pretended not to care, telling Daisy she had a date anyway. Daisy was excited to hear Harley was dating, but Harley said it was no big deal. When Harley returned home, she tried to muster up the courage to call the guy Frank was trying to hook her up with. She finally called, and when they met at Company, Harley tried to get him to chat about anything other than the case she was working for him. Things turned awkward when the mystery man wasn't responsive to Harley's advances, so she pretended like she was doing a personal survey for the case. When Gus showed up, Harley excused herself to chat with her ex and not look so desperate. When she realized Gus was carrying his tuxedo for the wedding, she was obviously affected. She took off and headed to the church to get a glimpse of the wedding decorations.
Meanwhile, Cyrus and told Marina he wanted to take her away to the farmhouse in France like they had originally planned. Marina was excited, but she asked if he wanted to go away or get away from their issues with Harley. He assured her that going to France was about the two of them, nobody else. Marina said she wanted to think about it more, and asked him to do the same.
When Marina made up her mind to run away with Cyrus, she gathered the whole Cooper family at Company to tell them she and Cyrus would be leaving soon.
Everyone was happy for her, and even Frank told her if she was happy, he supported her. While everyone prepared to say goodbye, Harley showed up to hear the news. Mallet grabbed her and demanded she make one of her famous speeches. With tears in her eyes, Harley told Marina and Cyrus that everyone loved them, and if they found something they truly loved they should hold on to it. Harley left after her emotional speech, and Cyrus followed her home. He confessed he couldn't bear the thought of leaving her. "Cyrus, you are humiliating me!" Harley screamed through tears. "You need to be with the woman you love." "I am," he replied, and they kissed passionately. While they made out, Marina was attacked and knocked unconscious while working a case.

Gus asked Rafe to hold the rings for the ceremony. Rafe asked Gus if he really loves his mom — because Olivia has been calling a lot. "I love your mom," Gus assured. Natalia, meanwhile, was visiting Olivia with chicken soup, a care package — and news of her marriage. Nat indicated she's on to Liv's tricks, and if Olivia wants Gus to watch Emma, Natalia comes too.
"It isn't stealing if Gus comes to me on his own," Liv sniped. Nat left to get married (but left a contact number) and found Gus and Rafe at Josh's church. Gus revealed that Josh will marry them there instead of at City Hall. Gus asked Nat to wear a particular old blue ring she used to have, because he had the stone reset between diamonds to create a new "eternity" ring. Meanwhile, Ava brought Emma home to Olivia, who fretted about Gus marrying Nat. Ava wanted Olivia to be there for her and Emma as long as she's around. Liv said Gus is what's keeping her alive. Olivia noted that while she regrets she will miss her daughters' future lives, Gus represents her here and now. "He's someone I need to fight for," she sighed. So Ava told her to "go get Gus." Gus and Nat's kissing was interrupted by the church bells, and they parted in order to get dressed. Liv called Gus' cell to leave a message telling him that she's at the Bauer cabin and having difficulty breathing. "Please hurry!" she pleaded. However, it was Natalia who quickly arrived at the cabin, snarling, "Didn't anyone ever tell you not to mess with a bride on her wedding day?"
Dinah told Matt that her doctor says she's almost fully recovered from being shot. She wants to concentrate on reconciling with Mallet. Mallet, meanwhile, was trying to revive Marina, who had been left for dead by the drug dealer. Marina awakened, complaining about her knee. As he carried her to his squad car, she asked him to call Cyrus. Cyrus, however, was with Harley, stripping down for an extended on-camera lovemaking session. Later, basking in the afterglow, Harley said, "I didn't plan this." He realized he was supposed to meet Marina at the airport for their trip to France. He figured they have to tell Marina about their making love. They agreed that they regret nothing. Harley went to the nail salon for a "passion-fruit pink" makeover. When she bubbled about her sexy Australian dude, the nail tech called him "one of those Heath Ledger-types." (GL couldn't edit that out? Tacky!) Harley admitted she's "the other woman, but she's in love." At Cedars, a doctor diagnosed Marina with a torn ACL, and gave her .1 percent chance of flying to France today. When Cyrus arrived Marina recapped and Mallet left to chase leads. She apologized for ruining their trip, and revealed that when her life flashed before her eyes she saw Cyrus very clearly: "I know you're the one." Loopy on pain meds, she sighed, "I love you." When she went for tests he returned to Harley's, where his silence tipped her that he didn't tell Marina about them. When he explained that Marina blew out her knee, Harley assured Cyrus he did the right thing not telling her. She and Mallet immediately visited Marina, who was feeling better. Marina thanked them both for being there for her, and told Cyrus she loves him. Elsewhere, Mallet realized Marina had tried to call, but his phone was off. He asked Dinah if she turned it off. "I'm sorry," she sobbed. Furious, he said her selfishness almost got Marina killed.

Natalia informed Olivia that Gus is not coming to her "rescue" because she erased the message. "You are not going to ruin this day for me," the bride hissed. A stumbling, breathless Olivia warned Nat she can't reclaim the past — and realized Nat truly felt threatened. Natalia assured Liv she would get a transplant, but locked Liv in the bathroom (with her meds). Meanwhile, Lizzie found a flustered Gus (he actually left his fly open) at the church and told him, "Jonathan and I are staying," and she wants to drop the custody motion. Then Gus got a call from Alan, who said he's coming home tonight. Gus told him he's getting married in an hour, but Alan scoffed, "Call me as soon as the divorce is final." Lizzie fled to warn Jonathan. Jonathan, meanwhile, was literally tangling with Bill at the Beacon. Jon noted that Lizzie is Sarah's mother, and demanded to know Bill's interest in her. Then he vowed to take care of Alan. A little later, a panicked Lizzie arrived with news of Alan returning. Jon resolved to stay and fight because Tammy would make a stand. Lizzie agreed: "Bring it on" (said the star of Bring It On: All or Nothing — now available on DVD). Jon told her to take Sarah to the wedding, where he will meet her in an hour. On San Gabriel, Alexandra reminded Alan that Natalia doesn't love him and Beth is married to Rick, so Alan should forget them and island-hop with her. Alan asked why everyone leaves him? "Because you chase them away," she replied. Suddenly, Bill somehow appeared in the room and offered to give Alan back everything he lost in the form of "your great-granddaughter." Bill revealed Jonathan is alive — and so is Sarah. Alan exulted at getting "a second chance," and noted Jonathan "doesn't deserve to breathe." Bill said Alan could do whatever he wants to Jon, but must leave Lizzie and the baby to Bill.
When Natalia got to the church she told Rafe she locked up Olivia. Back at the Bauer cabin, Liv dreamed of marrying Gus and not dying — because she had Natalia's heart beating in her chest. Then she received a text. "Oh, God, the heart's here," she wailed, noting she had one hour to get to the hospital or lose the transplant. At the empty church, Rafe gave Nat away in a ceremony conducted by Josh, with Daisy witnessing. As a soap groom, Gus wrote his own vows, noting that Nat was/is "my family." Her vows noted, "I'm glad I waited." Then Lizzie rolled Sarah's stroller into the church. Back in San Gabriel, Bill told Alan his only interest is protecting Lizzie from Jon.
Oh, and having Alan in his debt. He promised Alan can see the kid whenever he wants, so the tycoon agreed. Bill left and Beth arrived with news that she left Rick. Back in Springfield, Jonathan decided ambushing Remy was the best way to express his gratitude for him nearly beating Tammy's killer to death. Then he asked the ex-cop to get him an unregistered gun. Bill arrived at the church before the wedding was over (apparently the Lewis corporate jet can travel through time as well as space). Elsewhere in the church, Jon told Tammy he got a gun because there can be no peaceful resolution or forgiveness. Either Alan dies, or Alan kills Jonathan — in which case he joins Tammy. "Either way, I win."
