I have to be at work today at 7:15 for rehearsal, so I'm up a bit early. I like to take it easy in the morning - take a long hot shower, read the paper with a cup of coffee and just get the mind straight. It's better that I ease into the day, because I'm not a good morning person.

I'm heading to work. I've only got a 10 minute commute to the set. I'm listening to Floetry. Some ladies' voices in the morning are always good. I keep the music really chill in the a.m. - don't like to shock the system too much.

I'm still waking up. I'm in my dressing room, waiting my turn to go on set. It'll be a couple of hours. I'm chit chatting with my dressing roommate, Justin Hartley (Fox). Lindsay (Korman, Theresa) came by and we hung out. Right now, we have our scripts out [to run lines], but we also watch the news and talk about life. Morning talk, you know what I mean? It's not too intense.

I finally got on set at 10. I'm shooting a big courtroom scene with Justin, Lindsay, Brook (Kerr, Whitney), Liza (Huber, Gwen) - the whole gang. We're all having a good time, but everybody's kind of tired. Eva (Tamargo, Pilar) is on-set, too. I was in a scene with her, finally! It was fun to see her do her thing.

I'm done at PASSIONS. It was a pretty light day. I'm going to grab some lunch at Baja Fresh. It's easy, it's quick and it's tasty. Then, I'm going to the gym.

I skipped lunch. I ran errands and now I'm at my gym, 24 Hour Fitness in Hollywood. It's right near the new ArcLight Cinemas, so it's brand new, there aren't a lot of people here and it's clean. It's also right next to my favorite record store, Amoeba, so I went there, first. I bought [albums by] Curtis Mayfield, Parliament and Soulive. I'm learning [to DJ], so I picked up some turntables a few weeks ago and I've been buying vinyl, lately. Vinyl's alive!

Hello! I'm home. I jumped in the shower and now I'm just hanging out and grabbing a bite to eat. I'll study my lines for tomorrow for a bit and then I've got a comedy class to go to.

What's happening!? I'm at the Coffee Bean, just making a quick stop to get a sugar-free vanilla latte to keep me going. It's been a long day. I just put my order in and now I'm waiting.

I'm at my improv comedy class. It's basically just a couple of hours of letting loose and creating laughs, hopefully. I never get to do that [on PASSIONS]. I get jealous of the castmates who get to dress up for the fantasies and all that fun stuff, because my [storyline] is pretty straight and narrow - aside from the possible incest! (laughs) It's good to yin-yang it.

I'm heading downtown to a screening of STARSKY AND HUTCH that starts at 9. My girlfriend Trish works with L.A. Cine Studios and they have screenings, occasionally. We'll kind of squeeze in there and have a drink.

The movie was okay. It had some laughs. I got home at 11:30 and put on some music to wind down. It was a full day. I was moving and shaking. Now I'll play a couple of records and relax. Then, I'll brush my teeth and get to bed!
